Struttura pessima, di buono ha solo la posizione centrale.
Casa vecchia di almeno 50 anni fa.
Bagno con piatto doccia con tendina in plastica che non chiude, e quindi il bagno rimane sempre allagato, con sensazione sgradevole di uscire dalla doccia in un un lago.
Letti talmente scomodi, che per dormire si stava meglio sui lettini del lido la mattina in spiaggia!
Casa, nel complesso, vecchissima, non consiglio questa struttura assolutamente!

Pros:

Central location, next to the bus stop and a short walk to Fira center. The owner was really nice and helpful, gave us some treats at the end of our stay :)

Very central studio in the heart of Fira
Pros:

The position in Fira is very central, with no sea view, but it is definitely worth the price for the location. There are plenty of restaurants around, and the bus station is just 100 m away! The staff is reliable and efficient. Had no problem whatsoever. Recommended

Cons:

The hot water takes a few minutes to come through, but the owner told me in advance, and it wasn't a big deal

Excellent location, walking distance to lots of restaurants and the heart of Fira
The host was very helpful and accommodating. Got a parking space in the property.
Not fancy but clean and comfy

This accommodation has a distinct retro style - ie dated! However it was spotlessly clean. I like to cook some of my meals when travelling so having a small fridge and stove was a real bonus. The room had a small balcony overlooking a nice garden. Very centrally located and close to the buses taking you all over the island.
