Better than we expected
Pros:

It was better than expected, a lot of amenities, welcoming spaces, really detailed, best location, Really good attention all the time , also the rooms were really comfortable and we felt safe all the time

Pros:

Καθαρό καταλυμα και καινουργιο πολυ καλά εξοπλισμενο.

Cons:

Πολύ υψηλή τιμη σχετικά με τις παροχες του. 135 ευρώ τη μέρα ( Απριλιος μηνας)χωρίς πρωινό η καποιες αλλες παροχες π.χ πληντυρια, γυμναστηριο, θεωρώ οτι ειναι υψηλη για τη πολη του Αγιου Νικολαου. Αντιστοιχη τιμη πληρωσα 15 μερες πριν στο Birmiham της αγγλιας σε ξενοδοχειο με πρωινό, 24 ωρη reception, πρωινό με μπουφέ, γυμναστηριο, πληντυρια κτλ. Αλλο ενα αρνητικό ηταν οτι το check in ηταν παρα πολύ αργά στη μερα 4 μμ όπου ταλαιπώρησε πολύ τα μικρά σε ηλικία παιδιά μου, οπως επισης και το check out ηταν παρα πολύ νωρίς 11 πμ που μας ταλαιπωρησε επισης.

A nice place in the heart of Agios Nikolaos.
Pros:

Comfortable bed, large shower, apartment very close to the town center.

The window faces the street and you can clearly hear vehicles and passers-by.

Υπέροχο διαμέρισμα, κεντρικό, άνετο, ωραία διακοσμημένο και πεντακάθαρο! Δεύτερη φορά που μείναμε και στην επόμενη επίσκεψη μας στον Άγιο Νικόλαο θα το προτιμήσουμε ξανά! Προτείνετε ανεπιφύλακτα!

Η διαμονή μου στο ξενοδοχείο ήταν εξαιρετική από κάθε άποψη. Το δωμάτιο ήταν πολύ καθαρό, άνετο και προσεγμένο, με όμορφη αισθητική και όλες τις απαραίτητες παροχές για μια ευχάριστη διαμονή. Οι χώροι ήταν περιποιημένοι και η γενική αίσθηση του καταλύματος ήταν ιδιαίτερα ευχάριστη.

Η διαδικασία άφιξης ήταν πολύ εύκολη και οργανωμένη, με σαφείς οδηγίες και όλες τις απαραίτητες λεπτομέρειες.

Έχω μείνει ξανά στο συγκεκριμένο κατάλυμα και για ακόμη μία φορά έμεινα απόλυτα ικανοποιημένος. Το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα.

Everything is like in the picture and very friendly host.
Pros:

Very clean, comfortable and modern. A lot of space for two people and beautiful interior. The host was very helpful and nice. If there is any problem you can text her anytime.
The property is also very near to the Main Street with small shops and you have a beautiful view over the lake just a 1 minute walk away from the apartment.

Απλά Εξαιρετικό!!
Pros:

Πανέμορφο με τέλεια διακόσμηση και σε άριστη τοποθεσία !

Cons:

Όλα ήταν εξαιρετικά. Το μόνο που θα πρότεινα ως σημείο προς βελτίωση είναι το να υπάρχουν επιπλέον πετσέτες, χειροπετσετες μίας χρήσης, wettex, μπρίκι και λάστιχο για το πλύσιμο της αυλής.
