Pros:

Le personnel, qui a été avec moi, du début à la fin, d’une infime gentillesse. Tous très aimable, très agréable et à l’écoute des vacanciers (pour ma part). Très rendants service dès que l’on demande un service…AU TOP!!!!
Le site qui est super joli !!!

Cons:

L’inclinaison de l’hôtel, il fait toujours monter!
Avec la chaleur c’est très fatigant!

Für den wirklich günstigen Preis, ist das Hotel voll in Ordnung.
Pros:

Für den günstigen Preis war das Hotel wirklich gut. Besonders das Zimmer (wir hatten ein Familienzimmer) hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen: viel Platz, tolle Dusche, zwei Balkone. Die Hotelanlage hat uns auch gut gefallen. Das Essen ist einfach, aber es war für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Wie gesagt, man beachte das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Cons:

Die Getränke haben uns nicht so gut geschmeckt, auch die Tatsache, dass es sämtliche Getränke nur in Plastik- oder Pappbechern gab. Selbst den Kaffee zum Frühstück. Die Cocktails waren furchtbar und nicht genießbar. Zumindest die, die im All-Inclusive mit drin sind.

Struttura semplice ma confortevole, buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Cibo vario e gustoso.

Cons:

Abbiamo avuto un piccolo inconveniente con la logistica e la pulizia della stanza, risolto dopo aver sollecitato un paio di volte, in ogni caso prenderemmo in considerazione nuovamente questa struttura.

Basen był czysty, co jakiś czas były organizowane zajęcia wieczorowe

Cons:

Bardzo mało miejsca w restauracji jak na ten hotel, dużo osób czekało aby wejść i coś zjeść. Personel często zapominał nam zostawić czyste ręczniki. Niby All Inclusive ale tylko na wybrane napoje, za resztę trzeba było płacić

Pros:

La bonne humeur du personnel, les échanges avec les 2 barmens pour apprendre la langue, la discretion des femmes de chambre pour le nettoyage des chambres, l accueil toujours sympathique au restaurant, la soirée crétoise...

Cons:

Alors ce sont des points de progression:
- la literie a ressort des enfants un peu fatigué mais l hotel a fourni un surmatelas qui a ensuite effacé le problème.
- des gobelets a laver pour le bar serait une très bonne idée
- le restaurant fait des efforts avec un plat particulier a chaque repas mais les frites reviennent un peu trop, et le poisson avec une si belle plancha pourrait aussi faire son apparition.

The place was very beautiful and the view of the sea and mountains was breathtaking.
The treatment was very nice and friendly and there are entertainment activities.

Cons:

The difficulty was only in climbing to the hotel because of the steepness of the road, which caused concern for the children and required constant caution on the slopes, but thank God none of the children were hurt, but it made us take some extra care with them.
