En esta oportunidad muy regular la estancia.
Pros:

Me hospedo muy seguido en el hotel, es muy agradable.

Cons:

Las instalaciones esta vez no estaban funcionando en su totalidad y fue algo incomodo, algunos huéspedes no manipulan bien los alimentos a la hora del desayuno y al parecer son personas q llegan por temas de salud y no hay quien supervise esa situación.

De los mejores hoteles de Cali
Pros:

Las habitaciones eran amplias, cómodas, modernas y el baño muy espacioso. El desayuno era espectacular y el restaurante excelente.

Cons:

El horario del desayuno podría ser más extenso. La lámpara de la mesa al lado de la cama no funcionaba. El Minibar es demasiado costoso.

El servicio del personal es muy bueno y la ubicación. Los servicios internos de restaurante y demás de muy buena calidad.

Cons:

Muy mal mantenimiento en los baños, e incomoda la cama. La verdad creo que para ser un hotel de este nivel de precios y prestigios son detalles para revisar.

Simply superb
Pros:

I am sleeping 150 nights per year in hotels and it very rarely happens, I have absolutely nothing to criticize. This is such an exceptional case. Super friendly, helpful staff. my advance room request was perfectly fulfilled. rooms are not the most modern but cosy, very spacious and in best condition. Fully stocked Minibar, air-condition NOT directed on the bed (as very often in Colombia), nice little rooftop pool, very good buffet breakfast with Colombian, north American and European elements. Quick, friendly and efficient staff at breakfast, good location (for the north of Cali) only 3 walking minutes from the Sexta, relatively quiet (for Colombia that is)...much closer to 5 than to 4 stars and definitely better than a lot of 5 star hotels I did stay in, in Colombia so far.

great value for money stay in Cali
Pros:

The staff is super friendly, specially the people from the breakfast buffet. Breakfast is really good, lots of options and fresh baked good everyday. The rooms are a good size, confortable bed, good AC and it has a minifridge so you can store things. The pool is small but its nice, and the jacuzzi area is perfect for hanging out.

Cons:

It would be nice if there was a place where you could have a bite (not bought in the hotel) but all the available tables are either the hotel bar or restaurant. But this was my only complaint from a great weekend
