As per Colombia's tax laws, foreign visitors and Colombian citizens currently living outside Colombia are tax-exempt (19% VAT) when they receive a PIP3, PIP5, PIP6, PIP10, TP7, TP11, or TP12 stamp or visa upon entry to the country. For the application of the exemption, foreigners and Colombians who enter the national territory without the intention of settling in Colombia and who prove such condition are considered residents abroad.
Please note that for reservations of 5 or more rooms, an advance payment of the total reservation amount is required; this must be made within the established period to ensure availability.
The foreigner residing abroad must prove this condition by presenting the original passport, the Andean card, or the Mercosur card proving their migratory status; for this purpose, the passport must be stamped with the PT code (tourist permit) with a validity of 90 days, or with the type V visitor's visa.
The national will prove his status as a resident abroad, by presenting the documentation issued by the authorities of the country of residence (ID of the country of residence, aliens card, residence card or residence certificate), with the respective stamp of entry to the country stamped in the Colombian passport; therefore, it does not apply if the entry to the country is made through BIOMETRIC MIGRATION.
The exemption will apply in all cases to the purchase of a tourist package by a national or foreign resident abroad.

Absolutamente todo! En especial el servicio de todo el personal.
Las habitaciones son grandes y espaciosas. El aseo es impecable. Tienen una bonita vista de la ciudad. Las camas son cómodas, Tiene un monibar si necesitas alguna bebida. Tienen un restaurante grande, bonito y con muy buena variedad de comida. Tiene agua caliente con buena presión, buen servicio de wifi, parqueadero si lelvas vehículo. Canales de TV si te quieres relajar un rato. Además tiene un escritorio con silla si necesitas trabajar un rato.
Desafortunadamente por la situación, no se podían usar las zonas húmedas. Además el baño tiene una tina que no se puede usar porque no tiene un tapón que permita retener el agua. Para que una tina en tu baño si no esta habilitada para uso.

No nos avisaron que la piscina no se podía utilizar debido a la contingencia a pesar de que llamamos a preguntar si las instalaciones estaban bien .No hay dispensador de agua en el lobbie
Excelente servicio
La calidad humana de su personal, muy atentos, la habitación muy cómoda, la ubicación inmejorable, cercano a muchos lugares de interés y restaurantes, un espacio en el que se puede descansar y trabajar sin problema. Sin duda regresaré.
