As per Colombia's tax laws, foreign visitors and Colombian citizens currently living outside Colombia are tax-exempt (19% VAT) when they receive a PIP3, PIP5, PIP6, PIP10, TP7, TP11, or TP12 stamp or visa upon entry to the country. The exemption only applies to room package rates (accommodations plus service). The permit must be shown upon arrival.

For the application of the exemption, foreigners and Colombians who enter the national territory without the intention of settling in Colombia and who prove such condition are considered residents abroad.
Please note that for reservations of 5 or more rooms, an advance payment of the total reservation amount is required; this must be made within the established period to ensure availability.
The foreigner residing abroad must prove this condition by presenting the original passport, the Andean card, or the Mercosur card proving their migratory status; for this purpose, the passport must be stamped with the PT code (tourist permit) with a validity of 90 days, or with the type V visitor's visa.
The national will prove his status as a resident abroad, by presenting the documentation issued by the authorities of the country of residence (ID of the country of residence, aliens card, residence card or residence certificate), with the respective stamp of entry to the country stamped in the Colombian passport; therefore, it does not apply if the entry to the country is made through BIOMETRIC MIGRATION.
The exemption will apply in all cases to the purchase of a tourist package by a national or foreign resident abroad.

La Ubicación es buenísima zona segura y bonita habitación muy cómoda y limpia, el desayuno rico y la atención del personal excelente,
Todo estuvo muy bien, incluso diría que excelente. Lo único que no fue de mi agrado ocurrió una mañana, cuando al subir después de desayunar encontré a un señor limpiando las ventanas dentro de la habitación. Esta situación no me pareció adecuada, ya que habíamos dejado a la vista objetos personales como tarjetas, dinero, joyas y documentos. Aclaro NO se perdió nada, pero no fue una situación cómoda.
El hotel es excelente , limpio , las habitaciones son hermosas, la cama comoda muy limpio todo , el personal muy atento , su ubicacion perfecta ,el desyuno delicioso . lo recomiendo muchisimo es 10/10

Fue solo una noche, pero la habitación fue impecable, grande y muy cómoda. La comida es muy rica, pero no estaba incluida, fue del restaurante y atienden hasta muy tarde.
Nada, fue muy corta la estancia, entonces, creo que todo estuvo bien.
