Dirty, it smelled, walls were ripped apart, ACs don't work properly.
Pros:

Property's fire pipes were broken and the entire 1st floor was flooded. Breakfast sitting area was not accessible. As for the room, we were given our room and in the middle of the night the AC stopped working. We were moved to another room and this room the toilet didn't flush. Finally we were moved to a room were it was passable however the AC was leaking so the carpet in the entire window area was soaked. By then we only had one night left so we decided it wasn't worth arguing about it anymore. Will not be staying there ever again.

Cons:

I understand that emergencies and things happen however, hotels are there for the customer's comfort. They should have closed, fixed the problem and reopen the hotel. Not make customers walk through 100s of fans, piled up chair, soaked carpet.

I loved the atmosphere and Kim was sp amazing. The staff and even the crew was amazing. They were very welcoming and very professional.

Exceptional experience
Pros:

Their team. Hotel manager is awesome, made me feel like home. She is always smiling, offered candies, water every time I walk in to the hotel. Brenda created an awesome breakfast spread. Must to stay property.

Pool was having a light repaired so used the hotel next doors but back to ours the next morning so nothing bad about the property
