What we liked most about our stay was the hotel's convenient location. It was very close to the Army base, which was the main reason we chose this hotel. My husband serves in the Army Reserve, and we had an appointment on base the following day, so the location made our trip much easier and more convenient
My husband and I recently stayed here while traveling, and unfortunately, our experience fell short of expectations.
The bathroom did not appear to be thoroughly cleaned, and one of the beds had stained sheets. By the time we noticed, we were completely exhausted after a 10-hour drive, so we chose to sleep in the other bed rather than request new linens.
The biggest frustration was connecting to the Wi-Fi. Because I have two last names, there seemed to be an issue locating my reservation in the system. Instead of resolving it at the front desk, we were referred to IT. After spending about 30–45 minutes on the phone, IT ultimately had to manually register each device's IP address to connect us to the Wi-Fi. I believe there should be a much simpler process for paying guests. I've experienced a similar issue at Hilton properties due to my long last name, but they simply provide an access code, which takes only a minute and avoids a lengthy phone call.
I hope the hotel considers improving both its housekeeping standards and its Wi-Fi access process, as these changes would make for a much better guest experience.
They don't serve breakfast.
One of the rooms smelled of old cigarette smoke.
Location
One specific staff member who made me uncomfortable.
The staff attending the hotel were very helpful. The location is great.
The rooms smelled weird and they were not very clean. At first, they had to move us to a different room because the original one was dirty, and in the second room they gave us, the shower wasn’t clean.
