Disappointing & very regret booking with this hotel
Pros:

the room is clean & neat.

Cons:

the customer service by their receptionists including their supervisor is very bad. I booked and paid for 3 rooms for 6 people (2 at each room). Some of us travelled late from Shanghai and need a good rest, our family friends met us at this hotel in which they also travel for more than an hour from their university to meet us there. They did not bring their passports but they have ecopies of their biodata on their phone. The hotel staff at the reception did not allow them to check in into their rooms without a passport. We tried asking them to send them copies from their phone instead since they need to photocopy our passport biodata, same thing if we send them copies but refuse to accept that too. We just got checked in into one room so we demand refund if they dont allow our friends to check in with their passport copies on their phone. They also refused to give us full refund, we tried calling their supervisor for better assistant but she also refused to assist. Despite an hour or so seeking their assist on the matter, our two friends had to travelled back to their university which is a more than 1 hour away from the hotel even though it is late, almost 10pm. They just need the passport to photocopy their biodata which our friends can send to them from their phone. A very frustrating check in process and the staff’s customer service was very disappointing. I will never stay in any of this hotel ever again.
