Pros:

Clean and comfortable. It was my 60th birthday and it was satisfactory but for the price was possibly lacking.... No Happy Birthday

Not in the heart of Parnell and probably would go closer to shops and restaurants

Poorly stocked apartment... we were out all day and at times, no replacement coffee cups.

Final impression: adequate but couldn't say any more than that in comparison to other properties

Fine location, could have been better maintained
Pros:

Location was good and comfortable enough.

Cons:

Toilet was broken with a towel in place of the cistern lid, TV mounting was damaged and window very difficult to open

The service if the reception staff was excellent Crystal was superb friendly directed me to the beach to where I could walk to dinner.

Wonderful as it's closed to the park, sea and grocery markets, not too far from the city center too.
Pros:

I like the facility as it's safe and got all what I needed. They have policy for everyday cleaning too.

wonderful stay
Pros:

Stay was extremely comfortable, would stay again. So good to see a washing machine & drier aswell.

Cons:

I didn't realise that the parking space was an added extra at the time of booking. Know for next time
