Convenient comfortable stay in the city next to motorway access
Pros:

Stayed with my daughter, needed to be able to get to both North Shore and South Auckland for visiting family. Very convenient location, straight to the motorway to access either direction. Convenient parking just behind the building (you need to prearrange and pay for this).

I read previous reviews, some comments about noise? I didn't really notice this except for one time, but if the air con is on there is a constant low level white noise and you don't notice what is outside.

Staff set up 2 single beds. Well equipped kitchen if you want to use it though we didn't. Service daily, dishwasher put on each day.

Pros:

This hotel was amazing. My mum and I were in Auckland to visit my Dad at the Auckland City Hospital for two days. Location was great for us. Neat and tidy. Very clean. Well equipped with everything we needed. Highly impressed. Lounge was excellent for watching tv and relaxing. Kitchen was great for cooking. Beds were very comfortable to sleep in. Bathroom shower pressure was so good. Romel at reception was polite and very helpful with all our enquiries. House keepers were very polite and helpful also.

Nothing to fault.

It was very nice and clean. I liked that there was cooking and washing facilities in the room. Also lots of sun coming in through the windows

Great stay with a warm welcome
Pros:

We loved our stay. Every member of staff is extremely friendly, from reception to housekeeping. The room is perfect, with the kitchen and washer/dryer. And we liked the we could use the gym nearby for a workout. All was perfect!

Pros:

It was very clean and tidy. An lots of space for the whanau to relax.

Cons:

The location not ideal for young toddlers.
Also a lot of noisy folk in the area from midnight to 6am lol but it wasn’t to bad let people have fun. The pool is not in the complex.
