Pros:

Great location and facilities. Was travelling to and from the hospital, good walk if fit, otherwise quick and easy uber. Staff are fantastic.

Well located with excellent front of house staff. Maintenance of the rooms could be improved.
Pros:

Staff were helpful and lovely, and assisted with car parking etc. They also knew about outside food options etc. The facility was well located and only a moderate walk to the foreshore and ferry terminals etc. where the restaurants and action is.

Cons:

First night checkin out of hours was a bit clumsy. Apparently insufficient staff to promptly answer the outside phones. Possibly only one operator on duty for several premises? We were on hold with 4,5 other parties who arrived at the same time to checkin, overall for perhaps 15 mins with a few disconnects. (Clearly not the fault of the person who was fielding the calls though - she did her best!)
Arriving on a weekend, in this area many of the cafes, and food shores were not open. Better hours once the week started.

The room looks tired. Many of the rooms (doors were open during room servicing have the same hole in the wall where the door handle hits it. Looks like this franchisee has been skimping on the maintenance.
