Never again.
Pros:

Potential, it can be a nice hotel with villas.

Cons:

Everything else, look we arrived in the night, no light anywhere, in the middle of the street is dark, no sign no nothing. Wife found a bell by mistake. We were escorted to our villa by some student, had to kill a giant black spider on the wall, woke up in the morning without electricty and phones were not charged, wifi not working, TV not working. Joke.

Beautiful hotel with a serene atmosphere, surrounded by abundant trees and greenery. The staff were very attentive and welcoming throughout our stay.

Cons:

Few comfort issues: the rooms were not soundproof, some windows did not have curtains, making mornings bright, and the hot water was inconsistent at times.

la atencion de las personas fue lo maximo , Franchezca que se encuentra en la recepción fue super atenta, la propietaria una persona A1, en general la comida, la habitación, la ubicación, todo fue genial !

nada malo realmente ,lo unico malo fue que no nos quedamos mas tiempo .....

Pros:

Apartments are modern and super clean, they have amazing view of the valley and mountains. Urubamba town is only 8 minutes by taking a ride (tuk tuk). I recommend to visit

- jardín y terraza bonita
- flexibilidad en donde sirven el desayuno
- respuestas rápidas y buena comunicación
- agua caliente y bañera bonita
- cocina bien equipada
- bonitos caminos alrededor para caminar
- es tranquilo

Cons:

- mal WiFi, no se podía utilizar para mirar pelis
- habíamos reservado una habitación que al final no existía con esta combinación de cocina/bañera/chimenea, pero nos cambiaron la habitación
- no es transparente lo que requiere un costo adicional, por ejemplo tuvimos una chimenea, pero recién allí nos enteramos que tiene un costo adicional
- si estás en el primer piso y hay huéspedes en el segundo piso se escucha los pasos y todo lo de arriba
- pocos restaurantes en su entorno directo

Mi estancia fue excelente. El hotel tiene una ubicación perfecta, en un lugar tranquilo. Las habitaciones son cómodas, limpias y acogedoras, grandes, ideales para descansar. El personal es muy amable y siempre dispuesto a ayuda, Sin duda, un lugar al que volvería y recomiendo totalmente por su ambiente cálido y su excelente atención.

El desayuno era rico, pero la cantidad era algo limitada y había que pedir que trajeran más cosas, por lo que podría mejorar en variedad y abundancia.
