Terrible experience – completely different apartment and very dirty. When we arrived, the host told us the apartment we booked “had a problem” and gave us another one. It turned out to be completely different from the photos. It was filthy everywhere — the beds were dirty, with hairs and even a used tissue with blood in one of them. The kitchen and the bathroom were also dirty and clearly not cleaned before our arrival. The building was in awful condition, and the apartment was on the 8th floor, totally isolated. We tried to contact the host, but he disappeared and was offline all night, so if anything had happened, we would have been completely alone. We only stayed one night because we arrived late and left first thing the next morning. No refund, no apology, nothing. Absolutely unacceptable — do not book this place.

Cons:

The building was really old and the elevators were scary with high falling risk. The toilette was broken, not enough towels for the party detailed on the reservation and was dirty when we arrive. The breakfast was delivered in bags only the first morning. During the booking process was never specified about the payment method… I paid by card and an additional fee was charged.
