Schlecht geschlafen, not Luxury at all
Pros:

Ein Rezeptionsmitarbziter war sehr freundliche und entgegenkommend, während seine Kollegin Alessia mehr als unfreundlich war.

Cons:

Ich wurde jeden Morgen zwischen 6 und 6:30 von Lärm im Stiegenhaus geweckt, der sehr höchstwahrscheinlich vom Personal stammte.

Prachtige kamer in hartje oude stad
Pros:

Super fijne kamer met alle luxe en praktische zaken aanwezig

Cons:

Vochtige ruimte waardoor er een luchtontvochtiger in de kamer stond die ongelofelijk veel lawaai maakte

Luxe op een toplocatie.
Pros:

De locatie was top. In het mooiste gedeelte van Chania en toch heel rustig.
Ook het keukentje in de hal voor algemeen gebruik was superhandig.

Cons:

Weinig meubels aanwezig. Om bv kleren weg te leggen. Geen kapstok of iets om je handdoeken of jas aan te hangen

Pros:

The staff was very nice and keen to help or assist at all times.
As the Elia Portu Rooms is part of large Elia hotel/rooms network in Chania old town, the key was picked up at Elia Hotel reception. And reception desk provided all necessary help with getting the key and took me to the actual room even after midnight hours. Great service!

Cons:

The view from the window was on the street and you could hear people sitting outside on the street talking.
I was ok but for some people this might be annoying.
