La limpieza y diversas actividades para hacer con los niños.
La limpieza en todos los sectores del hotel, la atención de todo el personal, la comodidad de las habitaciones, los cócteles del bar de la piscina y el café!
Nos gustó mucho el jacuzzi y la piscina principal, muy agradables
Tenía una piscina y un restaurante fuera de servicio, algunas maquinitas no funcionaban y perdimos varias monedas de 500.
En general todo está muy bien en este hotel, el personal es muy amable, las instalaciones impecables, todo nos gusta mucho y vamos cada vez que podemos. Es perfecto para niños y familia. La comida es de lo mejor.
Es solo un detalle. El río lento no funciona como antes, ya no empuja los flotadores como hace unos años, y es normal. Solo uno no entiende por qué si se ve que el hotel está permanentemente remodelándose, mejorándose y ampliándose, han dejado de mantener en buen estado los turbo inyectores de esta atracción. Igual es algo mínimo frente a la muy buena experiencia en nuestra estancia.
