Zklamání. Klamavá prezentace pro zákazníka

Cons:

Fotografie pokojů na Bookingu bohužel vůbec neodpovídají realitě. Chápu, že hotel nabízí více cenových kategorií, ale fotografie uvedené u konkrétního vybraného pokoje by měly odpovídat tomu, co zákazník skutečně dostane. V našem případě byl rozdíl opravdu zásadní.
Pokoj byl velmi zastaralý a jeho stav ani vybavení se s fotografiemi při rezervaci nedaly srovnat. Bohužel pokulhávala i čistota – odpad ve sprchovém koutě byl viditelně špinavý, fleky na čele postele. Popelník, respektive kyblík plný nedopalků přímo pod oknem pokoje, také opravdu není něco, co bych očekávala od ubytování s hodnocením přes 9 bodů.
Nevadí mi, že hotel nabízí i starší a jednodušeji vybavené pokoje. Vadí mi, že při rezervaci není reálně ukázáno, co si zákazník objednává. Pokud by fotografie odpovídaly skutečnosti, mohl se každý sám rozhodnout, zda mu takový pokoj za danou cenu vyhovuje.

Za nás tedy velmi zavádějící prezentace ubytování. Pokoj, který jsme obdrželi, absolutně neodpovídal fotografiím, podle kterých jsme rezervaci provedli.

Ganz tolles Hotel. Wir wurden sehr nett und zuvorkommend bedient. Das Haus ist technisch modern und trotzdem geschmackvoll und mit Stil passend eingerichtet. Viel massives sichtbares Holz. Tolles Frühstück und gut bürgerliche Küche

Das Ambiente, die Freundlichkeit der Gastgeberfamilie und das leckere Essen, sowohl in der Früh, als auch Abend. Zudem ist die Zimmergestaltung außergewöhnlich und sehr niveauvoll. 100%-ige Weiterempfehlung!!! Wir kommen sehr gern wieder und wünschen alles Gute und allzeit volles Haus!

Ok for a very short stay if you arrive by car
Pros:

Parking place behind the hotel, relatively new but traditional looking wooden building, good size room, tasty breakfast

Cons:

We received only one big towel for two people, noisy in the evening in the restaurant even though the restaurant was closed the days of our stay, not many options where to eat around the hotel nothing to do without a car.
Online check-in which turned out a waste of time as we had to fill in the other offline form with the same information the next day
