Pros:

Il punto di forza di questo hotel è la vista. Spettacolare! Sulla terrazza ho passato le ore ad ammirare le piramidi. Peccato il quartiere un po’ trascurato ma forse era solo questione di abitudine (in Italia non siamo abituati). Il personale gentilissimo tutto! Le escursioni organizzate bene e le guide molto preparate e gentili! Anche l’autista che ci ha accompagnati tutti e tre i giorni è stato fantastico! Molto gentile e disponibile.. assolutamente consigliato

Cons:

Mi é stata cancellata la prenotazione al momento del check in perché non era disponibile la stanza prenotata (vista piramidi) per la prima notte e mi é stata data una stanza più piccola senza letto matrimoniale e con la finestra che affacciava nell' intercapedine.

Ubicación excelente, justo enfrente hay una de las taquillas para entrar a las pirámides, y desde el hotel se ven perfectas. Dan gel y champo. El chico que nos atendió muy agradable y servicial en todo momento.

Cons:

Contratamos una habitación con bañera con vistas a las pirámides y nos dieron otra que no tenía bañera, por el mismo precio. Nos dijeron que estaba rota…
Se escucha todo desde la habitación. La ventana no cierra

Egyptians are great！
Pros:

受付の方も運転手の方も日本人が好きとフレンドリーで大変良かったです。カイロ国際空港から車で40分ほどの距離にあるため、20$で片道送迎してくださって安心でした。屋上や部屋からピラミッドが見えるので常にエジプトを感じることができました。また、私たちの日程に合わせて朝6時や夜23時の送迎も快くお願いできて初めてのエジプトでも良かったです！

Cons:

ドアノブは少し引くだけでも取れてしまうほど立て付けが悪く、シャワーは温水が出ない状態でした。宿代は安いので本当に寝に帰るために使っていました。

De ligging en het personeel

Cons:

Slechte staat van de kamers, vliegjes in de kamer en keihard matras op alle drie de kamers. Water uit de kraan is bij openen bruin. Kamer wordt niet tussentijds opgeruimd, waardoor prullenbak overvol is van lege waterflessen. Handdoeken worden alleen vervangen als je ernaar vraagt.

I’m sorry but it was not as expected at all 👎
Pros:

The rooftop was nice but that didn’t belong to that hotel as is one building with 4ir five different hotels in it.
Tye view was amazing

Well the tv wasn’t working they had to go buy a cable told me one minute and came back after hours with it and still couldn’t fix it, promised the day after would work but never even came back to fix it… staff members are often gone from reception for long time periods nowhere to find.. I booked a tour to Siwa from that hotel for me and my mother.. payed 900 euros for 3 nights 2 days there.. everything included .. asked about the driver that came to pick us up and they told me that he speaks English (not true)
That the guy would be our tour guide (not true)
Tye driver didn’t even know what hotel he was taking us to! After that they only booked one room when I asked for 2 separate rooms!
I had to be calling and arguing about everything basically because they did not organise anything at all or not right at all! Then before leaving the hotel they kept saying to please give them good reviews, to put smiley face, one lady that works there even asked if we could do the review with her together but I said no thank you!
I know it’s not nice to say this but it’s also not fair to future visitors!

C’est un très bon séjour, nous le garderons en souvenir pour toujours
Pros:

Asmaa est une personne très sympathique et très à l’écoute tout comme le personnel de l’hôtel, nous avons eu un super chauffeur pendant tout notre séjour: merci Nagy très gentil, nous avons eu aussi un guide français pendant nos excursions, il était très à l’écoute et nous a très bien expliqué l’histoire de l’égypte! La vue sur le rooftop et de notre chambre était magique y compris le petit déjeuné ! Merci au personnel nous sommes ravis, on recommande !

Avoid this hotel.
Pros:

You can see the pyramids from the roof top and the room.

Cons:

No water in the property. But we could shower at another location. We booked a premium room with a tub and view of the pyramids but couldn’t use it at all. The staff offered us a room in another hotel with no view, but no refund was offered. I tried to explain they can’t charge for a room where the services can’t be used, but this fell on deaf ears. I had conflicting communication between management on WhatsApp. One person telling me we could get a part refund and another saying no. All very confusing. I was also told that I already received a free airport transfer, which was clearly included in the booking, they kept saying I already got if for free, it’s worth noting the transfer car ran out of petrol on the motorway. Lastly I paid with USD but required change. At 6pm when we were leaving for the airport I still didn’t have the change owing to me. The young man on reception came with us in the car going to several ATMs to withdraw money to pay us our change. A further stressful end to our stay.
