Pros:

This was my second stay at this hotel, and the experience was exceptional. The surroundings were beautiful, quiet, and the room hygiene was particularly well-executed. I felt extremely relaxed while staying there. I’d like to highlight the room manager, who was exceptionally enthusiastic, reliable, and wholeheartedly assisted me throughout the stay in resolving various issues. The service was gentle and considerate. If I were to visit China again, I would definitely choose this place. Highly recommended!

Stay is good and comfortable, good facilities for laundry. Except little difficulty to communicate.
Pros:

Breakfast is good, not a lot of variety for western food. Cutlery is poor, no proper knife and spoon to use for western food.

Cons:

Staffs should be trained with little bit more of English, communication is difficult, except you can speak Chinese.

This is a great value hotel! Loved staying here long term. Mall next door is convenient.
Pros:

Very comfortable with a spacious room. Laundry in the facility. Good variety breakfast.

Cons:

No restaurant / room service . Breakfast stops sharply at 10 even on weekends.

Muy buen hotel y muy buena relación calidad-precio. Ubicación no óptima.
Pros:

El hotel está perfecto, habitaciones amplias, modernas e impolutas. El desayuno también muy bueno. Lavandería autoservicio y gimnasio a disposición de los huéspedes.

Cons:

El hecho de que esté dentro de un centro comercial resulta un tanto extraño, y la ubicación no es la mejor (aunque la parada de metro al lado compensa bastante).

Etwas schwierig zu finden in dem großen Center, aber ein sehr schönes Hotel! Sehr geräumige Zimmer, großes und gutes Frühstück.

Wir hatten circa zwei Wochen vorher ein Paket mit China Post versendet, dass leider etwas verloren gegangen ist. Da wir aber kein chinesisch sprechen, haben wir das Hotelpersonal an der Rezeption um Hilfe gebeten. Sie haben sich mit der China Post in Kontakt gesetzt und alles dafür getan, dass unser Paket gefunden wurde und wieder zu uns zurück gelangt ist. Sie haben mehrfach die China Post kontaktiert und alles in die Wege geleitet und uns anschließend den direkten Kontakt weitergeleitet.

Amazing experience.
Pros:

the accommodation exceeded expectation. For the affordable price, i wasn't sure what to expect. But everything was great. room service, lobby staff were so helpful. Even when i asked for rice at breakfast, the Chef 047 made sure there was rice on the menu the next morning. The location is also very central in Guangzhou and short taxi distance from most of our tour spots. Overall Experience was great
