Pros:

If the room faces the tea gardens, as ours was, the view is lovely & serene. Staff is polite, food is good, property is clean.
Maintenance is poor. Mirrors were foggy, hand shower head was broken (and couldn’t be fixed even after telling them), 2nd day TV stopped broadcasting due lack of payment & no one knew what to do!
