Mi è piaciuto soprattutto la cordialità del personale, davvero tutti gentilissimi e attenti alle esigenze degli ospiti. La vista mozzafiato sia dalla stanza che dallo skyline su cui viene servita la colazione.
Unica pecca la posizione dell’hotel all’interno di un palazzo, consiglio di evidenziare maggiormente la presenza della struttura in modo tale che all’arrivo si può subito riconoscere.
The highlight of the Hotel are the staff and the rooms with the view. We cannot be more thankful about the people running the place, they were above and beyond for helping us with everything. The room is clean and organised, and having the pyramids just opening the windows, it is unique encounter. It is located in a very authentic area, but it feels very welcoming and safe. I would repeat without doubt
It was a bit difficult to find initially as you need to go to the lift, but the staff was waiting for us for helping in that matter

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet hôtel. Toute l’équipe a été très attentionnée, accueillante et à l’écoute du début à la fin.
Nous avions quelques demandes particulières, notamment pour prendre un petit-déjeuner plus tôt, et tout a été fait avec gentillesse et flexibilité pour nous arranger. On sent vraiment une volonté de faire en sorte que le séjour se passe dans les meilleures conditions.
L’hôtel est aussi très bien situé, proche des pyramides et de plusieurs restaurants, ce qui est très pratique pour visiter et profiter des alentours.
Un grand merci à toute l’équipe pour votre accueil et votre disponibilité !
Super expérience dans cet hôtel, la localisation est proche des pyramides et du sphinx et les personnes sont attentionnées et arrangeantes quand nous avions des requêtes particulières. La chambre est propre et la literie aussi. Très bon rapport qualité prix. Gros plus pour la vue depuis la terrasse du rooftop !
Loved the staff, the view from our window was spectacular, and the room was very comfortable. Muhammad was the best! He constantly went out of his way to make sure we were set up with everything we needed. Yosef also very helpful and professional he assisted us in getting around. This place is truly a hidden gem.

La posizione, la gentilezza dei ragazzi e che lo gestiscono, la pulizia e la vista spettacolare sia dalle camere che dalla terrazza. Buona colazione che varia ogni giorno e ti lascia assaporare cibi locali. Al bisogno ti preparano anche la colazione da asporto. Noi abbiamo anche cenato sul terrazzo ad un ottimo prezzo e con una vista mozzafiato sulle piramidi. Consigliatissimo
Tutto! La stanza era molto bella e pulita, la vista spettacolare delle piramidi. Lo staff gentilissimo e sempre disponibile ad aiutare per escursioni, pasti e spostamenti. Colazione varia e di ottima qualità, disponibile anche take-away quando necessario. Nel complesso è un'oasi di pace sopra al caos della città. Consigliatissimo

O hotel fica em uma área que não é muito boa para se hospedar. A única coisa positiva é que ele fica perto das pirâmides, cerca de 3 km. Então, se você pretende passar o dia inteiro visitando pontos turísticos e voltar apenas para dormir, até vale a pena. Caso contrário, não recomendo.
O hotel é difícil de encontrar, o quarto é bom, mas o atendimento é demorado. O café da manhã tem pouquíssimas opções, e o jantar também.

Aussicht wie auf den Bildern . Relativ nah an den Pyramiden. Frühstück wurde frisch zubereitet. Auf der Dachterasse. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Wanne konnte man leider nicht voll machen. 1/3 dann war Wasser kalt.
La vue est tout simplement exceptionnelle ! Comme sur les photos, c’est magique à chaque instant de la journée ! Le rooftop est parfait pour les petits déjeuners et le dîner. Le personnel est hyper serviable et accueillant !
Si vous êtes sensibles au bruit, prévoyez des bouchons d’oreilles. La baie vitrée est fantastique mais n’est pas très efficace à bloquer le bruit de la route.
