Nous avons passé un séjour absolument inoubliable dans cet hôtel au Caire. Le personnel est d’une gentillesse exceptionnelle, toujours bienveillant et à l’écoute. À chaque étape de notre séjour, ils ont été présents pour nous aider et nous accompagner, avec une attention sincère qui nous a vraiment touchés. Nous nous sommes sentis comme en famille ❤️

La chambre avec vue panoramique était tout simplement magnifique, un vrai plus qui a rendu notre expérience encore plus spéciale.

L’équipe nous a également aidés à organiser notre visite des pyramides grâce à leur agence, avec un service irréprochable : des personnes chaleureuses, disponibles et très professionnelles.

Un grand merci également pour leur soutien dans une situation imprévue avec un vendeur : ils n’ont pas hésité à venir avec nous pour nous aider à récupérer notre argent. Ce geste en dit long sur leur honnêteté et leur engagement envers leurs clients.

Et comme si cela ne suffisait pas, ils ont eu la délicatesse de nous offrir le produit que nous souhaitions… une attention qui nous a profondément touchés.

Franchement, nous ne regrettons absolument pas notre choix, bien au contraire. Nous recommandons cet hôtel les yeux fermés et nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Ottima posizione per Piramidi e Museo. Staff eccezionale!
Pros:

Personale eccezionale. Ragazzi super disponibili ad aiutarti. Ci hanno addirittura offerto una camera in modo gratuito dove riposarci e farci una doccia al pomeriggio prima di ripartire. Ottima vista piramidi sul rooftop dove fare colazione.

Cons:

Non troppo pulito. Potrebbero migliorare ma comunque nello standard di Giza.

Pros:

The room was spacious with an amazing pyramids view. The staff were also very helpful and they kept our luggage until noon.

Cons:

The only thing that I think needs improvement is the breakfast. But in total was amazing. Totally suggested.

Algemeen niet tevreden.
Pros:

Het personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Cons:

Zeer slechte locatie (midden in de sloppenwijk) heel vuile en stinkende buurt. Badkamer was niet zo proper en douche zorgde ervoor dat alles onderliep. Airco werkte niet, dus heel warm en we kregen enkel een dik deken. Zo een deken dat je meestal van het bed gooit omdat ze dat niet wassen. Kamer super klein.

Pros:

La vista dall’hotel è stupenda, sulle piramidi di Giza. Si può mangiare in terrazza per godere di questa vista a colazione, pranzo o cena. Il personale è stato molto cortese e premuroso. Cibo e pulizia abbastanza buoni, considerando gli standard del Cairo.
