Pros:

In general terms everything was fine

Cons:

At the beginning they gave us room 4, it was too far away from the main entrance, wifi did not work and the phone was broken into two pieces, to use it you had to hold it with two hands. Later they moved us to room 30, it was much better.

Disappointing
Cons:

After a long day traveling we expected some hot water. However, we had to wait an hour for it to come on. There was also no hot water in the morning. More options for breakfast would have been nice as well.
