Amabilidad 100% asegurada.
Pros:

Excelente ubicación en el centro mismo de Pasto, lo que permite recorrer los lugares turísticos de la ciudad a pie. Habitación amplia y cómoda. El personal súper amable y servicial, siempre con una sonrisa y bien predispuesto a ayudar en lo que uno pueda necesitar. Wifi con muy buena señal.

Cons:

La habitación no tiene aire acondicionado ni calefacción por lo que tuve que solicitar una manta extra para apaciguar el frío durante la noche. El desayuno básico y con poca variedad.

La atención del personal del hotel estuvo increíble. Las habitaciones cómodas y limpias. Muy bien localizado en el centro de la ciudad, cerca a restaurantes, museos, iglesias.
