Good facilities, pool was clean and staff very friendly
The staff is so supportive and kind, especially maria from the reception. After check out maria texted me asking wheathrt i forgot my medicine , then ordered a private driver to the airport.

We had a wonderful stay at Axel Beach Mykonos. The accommodations were great — comfortable, well-kept, and exactly what we were hoping for. From the moment we arrived we were welcomed with a drink, which set the tone for the whole trip.
But honestly, the real highlight was the staff. They are the best I have encountered in any hotel I’ve ever stayed in, and they are without question the property’s biggest asset. They struck the perfect balance: fun, warm, and genuinely good company, while always staying completely professional. Nothing was ever too much trouble.
If you’re deciding where to stay in Mykonos, this is the place. We will certainly be returning.

מלון מהמם ואחלה צוות
מיטה רכה מידי, והמיקום די רחוק מהעיר בערך 18 דק הליכה והרבה עליות וירידות ברגל. אבל מלון מהמם ויפה ובהחלט אחזור שוב למרות המיקום כי ככה זה במיקונוס.
מלון יפה ומהמם הזמנו שהייה של כמה ימים ואז הזמנו עוד לילה כי הוא אחלה מלון.

Partiamo dalla pulizia delle camere davvero pessima.
Spacciate un’hotel che potrebbe essere massimo 3 stelle, un 5 stelle (che naturalmente non è)
Le camere sporche piene di ragnatele, e ruggine.
Le finestre e le persiane rotte!
Non è possibile soggiornare in un’hotel dove la musica in piscina inizia alle 13 e quindi non riuscire più a dormire perché hai i bassi delle casse nella stanza che suonano di continuo.
Capisco tutto! Ma se dovete mettere la musica a palla in piscina, insonorizzate le camere, io torno dalla discoteca alle 8 del mattino, vuol dire che alle 13 voglio dormire, non continuare a sentire musica.
Avevo chiesto esplicitamente che nella mia camera non entrasse nessuno, in quanto avevo oggetti costosi, eppure non è stato così.
La cucina del ristorante è molto buona ed il personale al bar è gentilissimo, ma se cercate una struttura a 5 stelle, di certo non scegliete Axel hotel Mykonos.
Ero partito con grandissime aspettative, ma è stato tutto molto deludente.
