PERFECT
Pros:

真的非常棒的體驗，不論飯店的設施，人員，跟早餐，實在想不出缺點，特別感謝櫃檯小姐（對不起，因為我的手機在雅典綠線捷運上被搶，所以照片全部沒有了，只能從朋友的手機分享一些照片，而且忘記了你的名字），不但三晚把我們升等為有私人泳池的房間，退房時還送我們小禮物，進出飯店時還熱情的招呼，真的很感動跟感謝，期待能再一次拜訪米克諾斯，當然只選這間美麗又棒的飯店，再次感謝讓我們留下美好的回憶～

Das Axel Beach hat uns von Anfang an abgeholt. Die Anlage ist wunderschön, der Pool einfach traumhaft. Was uns aber am meisten begeistert hat, war das Personal - herzlich, hilfsbereit und einfach warm. Nicht das übliche Hotellächeln, sondern echte Gastfreundschaft. Das Frühstück war jeden Morgen ein Highlight. Als queeres Paar haben wir uns von der ersten Minute an vollkommen wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Absolute Empfehlung!!!

Pros:

The furnishings were good, the beds are comfortable, the balconies are perfect, the garden is lovely and the staff are very friendly.
If getting stuck in a lift is always that much fun, then I’d be happy to do it again... :P

Cons:

I really missed having a large mirror in the room; I think it would be nice offered a steamer too next to the iron.
The noise from the cars on the street can be heard very clearly in the room.

We had a lovely stay at Axel Hotel. The staff were amazing, a special thanks to Mario, Stefanos and Angela who made our stay special with their friendly faces.

Rooms were cleaned on a daily basis and only a 15 minute walk to little venice. The breakfast was so good too! Pool area was picture perfect with good vibes and music all round.

Would highly recommend.

Cons:

Wish bar prices were more reasonable as we would have spent more at the hotel, but they are the same as most other places in Mykonos.

Pros:

pool aspect means sun all day. Sensational! Same for overall resort pool. Outstanding planning!

Rooms are modern, spacious and clean

Bed is incredibly comfortable

Super friendly and helpful staff especially at breakfast and the bar. (Marios and Angela)

Pool tunes pumped out all day long, absolutely banging dance music that creates an excellent vibe.

No fear of discrimination. Inclusive and accepting environment.

Surprise afternoon drag show as I was having a 4pm swim. Just fantastic!

Cons:

No sun-beds around private pool. Only option: to lay on the floor. A premium suite with private pool and all that’s outside is two upright wooden chairs - the same as those in the restaurant? Madness. Needs loungers provided.

Nowhere to hang wet swimwear to dry. I have never been on a holiday with no drying facility. Enough space outside, don’t understand this at all!

The only hook for towels is IN the shower… that wasn’t thought through 🤣

These may all seem minor but when you pay top price for the most expensive room type you expect these standard provisions as without them it just doesn’t make sense. If these improvements are made this room would be perfection as this resort is sensational in so many ways.

Excellent experience in Mykonos
Pros:

The staff were extremely helpful, friendly, and professional throughout our stay. The service was of a very high standard and made us feel truly welcome.

In our opinion, this is one of the better Axel Hotels in Europe in terms of overall quality and standards. The hotel also has a gym, which was a great advantage for us.

The location is very convenient, with easy access to the centre and the free parking.

We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return in the future.

Sehr zu empfehlen! Personal ist super freundlich und Serviceorientiert, Zimmer haben eine gute Ausstattung mit Klima. Beim Frühstück sollte für jeden etwas dabei sein. Lage des Hotels ist relativ zentral (man ist in ein paar Minuten in der Innenstadt)

Exceptional gay hotel with a great vibe and amazing staff!
Pros:

Beautiful hotel with many self contained apartments with their own individual stylings. The main area of gym / breakfast area / pool / sun loungers / bar and dining area makes you feel like you are on the set of love island. And what makes this are the staff! Special shout outs to Angela, Mario, Amelia and stefano!

Cons:

It’s about a 15 min walk from Mykonos town without pavements and you have to breathe in the traffic pollution

Perfect base for a stay in Mykonos
Pros:

I've stayed in other Axel Hotels before so know the brand. Axel Mykonos did not disappoint. Incredibly friendly staff - nothing was a problem during our stay. Lovely vibe by the pool - happily spent full days there. Equally convenient to walk down into Mykonos town - about 15min walk. Very comfy beds, and rooms get cleaned twice daily if you want it by the very friendly cleaning staff. Gym is small but enough in there to do a bit of a workout. There is a proper gym just behind the hotel which does day passes, and a supermarket 1 min walk away.

Breakfast was very very good - lots of selection, and hot stuff cooked to order.

I would definitely stay again if I visited Mykonos.

Cons:

Only downside for me was the shower in my room was so low I had to duck down to get under it.

Pros:

Very friendly staff across all departments. Excellent breakfast included in the price. A good selection of continental and hot breakfasts offered.

Sun beds by the main pool are comfy and so was the bed in the room.

A birthday was made very special. We had welcome drinks and a dessert upon arrival.

The club sandwich on the lunch menu was excellent and so were the cocktails 👍

Cons:

Private pool was full of bugs so didn’t use it as much as we would have liked too. These bugs also came inside the room multiple times and were found in some of our clothes from our suitcases.

La suite avec piscine privée est en fait une simple chambre : pas de coin salon, pas de bureau, pas de nécessaire à repasser
La piscine privée était sale : il a fallu réclamer son nettoyage, de plus le pisciniste activait le moteur le soir à 21 heures avec remplissage d'eau = j'ai du intervenir pour faire cesser la nuisance à plusieurs reprises
L'eau chaude était jaune
