AMAZING STAY AT VENTALE CRETE
Pros:

We stayed at the Ventale Hotel (July 3-8, 2026) and had an incredible experience. Huge thanks to Kiki at reception for her amazing patience and for helping us upgrade to a stunning room with an open view.The dining room service was spectacular. Chef George, Adriana, and head waiter Lampros went above and beyond, even making us personal dishes and bringing us our favorite cheesecake. Highly recommended for the outstanding staff and hospitality!

Perfect break and a beautiful hotel with amazing staff

Everything was just beautiful about it. Especially the beach bar / restaurant the food was exquisite the staff absolutely amazing!

We had a wonderful stay at Ventale Resort and were very satisfied with everything. The room was spacious, comfortable, and offered a beautiful view. The food was delicious, varied, and of high quality. The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The entire resort was well maintained and provided a relaxing atmosphere. We would happily return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Crete.

Una vacanza memorabile
Pros:

Un soggiorno davvero memorabile. Architettura e arredamenti molto eleganti. Ottimo e vario il cibo alla prima colazione e alla cena a buffet. Frutta e verdura di ottima qualità. Il servizio molto gentile ed efficiente. Il tempo è stato sempre ottimo.

Cons:

La spiaggia sarebbe da curare meglio, per eliminare i tanti sassi dalla sabbia. Una copertura del parcheggio all'aperto aiuterebbe ad abbassare la temperatura delle auto al momemto della partenza sotto il sole. Offrire maggiori informazioni sul territorio circostante (la vicina città di Candia e il suo porto antico sono senz'altro da visitare)

Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal.

Die Lage ist top, ruhig mit einem super schönen Sandstrand!

Unser Zimmer war sehr sauber, modern und offen mit viel Stauraum.

Das Essen war sehr lecker und qualitativ hochwertig mit vielen traditionellen Gerichten. Besonders ist das à la carte Restaurant.

Und ein Tip noch dazu, unbedingt die Signature Cocktails probieren.

Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Jolie chambre mais piscine trop froide
Pros:

Jolie chambre avec de petites attentions et une jolie vue sur mer.
Le petit déjeuner était très bien.

Cons:

Nous avions pris une chambre avec une grande piscine, mais l'eau était vraiment gelée du coup nous n'avons pas du tout pu en profiter. Nous avons regretté de payer beaucoup plus pour une chambre avec piscine inutilisable.

Le personnel est d'une gentillesse exceptionnelle et fait tout pour que l'on passe un bon séjour

Le petit déjeuner était vraiment bien. Les omelettes sont délicieuses. En revanche on a retrouvé peu de viennoiseries
