Pros:

The staff were fantastic-friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. Rooms are spacious, beautifully decorated, and well maintained. The external areas are attractive and thoughtfully designed. A long beachfront provides a perfect setting for walks, complemented by a beach bar and comfortable sunbeds for lounging. Buffet breakfast and dinner include a wide variety of options, and live music during some dinners adds to the pleasant atmosphere. A small on-site shop adds convenience for guests.

Cons:

The sea entrance is a bit stony, so beach shoes might come in handy, but it soon gives way to lovely, clean sand and clear water. The mattress was a little firm for my taste.

Ein wunderbares Hotel für einen ruhigen, entspannten Urlaub
Pros:

Das Hotel besticht durch seine wunderbare Architektur, die Sauberkeit und Freundlichkeit seiner Mitarbeiter.
Das Essen war abwechslungsreich und immer frisch zubereitet.
Durch die Alleinlage am Strand war es auch ruhig und wir konnten uns gut erholen.
Die Animation war absolut verhältnismäßig. Nie aufdringlich, aber abwechslungsreich.
Der Pool liegt ein bisschen ungünstig und wurde deswegen auch kaum von den Gästen genutzt.
Alles in allem ein wunderbarer Urlaub, den wir jederzeit wiederholen würden.

Cons:

Leider liegt das Hotel in der Nähe eines Kanals und bei ungünstigen Windverhältnissen roch es gelegentlich nach Abwasser.

Sehr schönes nicht so großes Hotel. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Liegen am Strand top. Das Essen war gut und abwechslungsreich.

Upgrade auf eine zweistöcke Suite.
Essen war lecker und abwechslungsreich.

Cons:

Zu technisiert, da alles via Touchscreen zu bedienen war. Manchmal machte das System nicht das gewünschte.
Steile Treppe, die inbesondere Nachts nicht ganz ungefährlich war.

Great place to relax a few days, will come back!
Pros:

Amazing food at buffet. Different choices every day. Orange juice and fruits in general were a highlight, so tasty! Beach also was a highlight. Direct access, beach bar and comfy beds.

Cons:

Overall very little to criticize. Sauna not available / not clear when open. A bit far from the airport, but worth the time in the taxi!

We had a wonderful stay! The staff were all so kind and helpful with any question or request - from the lovely girls at the reception, to the restaurant manager and waiters, and even the cheerful lady at the beach who lifted everyone’s spirits (we even played tic-tac-toe together!). The rooms are beautiful, clean, and well-organized. The hotel is actually much closer to the sea than it looks, with a stunning private beach and a fun pool area. The sea view is breathtaking. We were upgraded to a suite with a private pool, which was amazing! The spa treatment was excellent, and the lady there was very kind and professional. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel - everything was truly excellent.

Pros:

The staff were absolutely amazing. super accomodating, and go up and beyond in making our stay exceptional. They prepared birthday cake for my boyfriend's birthday surprise. and booked any taxi's if needed. gave us travel tips. Honestly, the best most friendly hotel crew i've had.
