Pretty hotel, disappointed by the service

Very unique setting, it’s pretty

Cons:

For the breakfast there aren’t any options offered in the cafe, it’s always eggs, a croissant, and some yoghurt with fruit.

We didn’t like the staff, there’s not up to par for a restaurant of this cost and status: they don’t really know who’s a guest for the restaurant and who’s staying as a hotel guest, so everyone is giving you some awkward stare when entering the building; we also got disturbed by the staff while the do not disturb sign was out; we were asked to pay extra when checking out for some drinks that we didn’t order nor consume.

Overall just not the place for us. Given the amount of hotels in the area we would pick something else for our next stay

Everything about my stay at Hotel Boutique Patio Andaluz was wonderful. The hotel is beautiful, impeccably clean, and very comfortable. The staff were warm, attentive, and made me feel truly welcome. The location is excellent, and every detail reflects quality and care. I loved everything and would happily stay here again.
