Great deal, spacious, clean room
Goog spacious room, clean and in generally good condition.
Property was very good value for money, staff were exceptional on customer service, communication and speedy replies. Even though accommodation was very clean and spacious and good value, it could be even better with paint work touches of the room. Location was about 20 minute walk from the centre, shops near by, bars and cafes with supermarket across the road. Thank you x

Quarto individual a um bom preço.
A limpeza do espaço poderia ser melhorada, nomeadamente na cabeceira da cama, que apresentava algumas manchas, e nos armários, onde algumas cruzetas estavam partidas. Verificou-se também uma casa de banho com água a verter. O isolamento acústico é limitado, sendo possível ouvir algum ruído entre os quartos.
O preço é acessível, embora a qualidade geral deixa a desejar.
Excellently organised. Thorough and clear instructions. A couple of minor hiccups were quickly and efficiently addressed by the management.
Excellent location. 20 mins by foot to the old town, 10 mins by car to the airport.
Not the fault of the property managers at all but, as beautiful and safe as it is, Faro can be very noisy into the small hours, even this far from the centre.

The unmanned hostel was generally clean and pleasant. The kitchen seemed well-equipped. It was quiet. There was plenty of storage space. The heater worked well. The staff I had contacted before my visit were responsive and helpful.
Parking was very difficult and I had to park about five minutes away - not a problem for me with minimal luggage. Getting into the unmanned hostel was a little complicated, especially as the hall light outside my room wasn't working so I had to use my phone torch with one hand and operate the keysafe with the other, but rotating one number rotated the others so it was very difficult! One of the written instructions to get into the flat was inaccurate, saying to use the port next to the AL sign (rather than the panel on the door handle). The room containing only a toilet smelled badly of urine but the main bathroom was clean. There was only one proper hanger in the wardrobe; again, not a problem for me. My main issues were that there were no hooks to hang wet coats or towels (it was pouring) and nowhere in the room to put anything down like handbag, books, etc. The bedside tables were tiny and taken up with lamps, and there was no desk/table or chair in the room. I had wanted to study for an exam the next day and had to do this in bed (I didn't want to hog the small kitchen table), which was uncomfortable. The heater worked well but there were no instructions and it took me a while to get it going. If these small things were dealt with, this could be an excellent unmanned hostel!

Brut, cucaraches a la cuina i a la habitacio. Vam natar una i no van netejar fins 3 dies mes tard. Llits incomodes. Els lavabos compartits feien fastic. No aneu.
