Pros:

We had a cool duplex with a staircase, nordic style-design in Athens :) self chek-in and check-out, completely autonomous. Very nice local restaurants nearby.

Cons:

The shower cabin design - the water was floating outside.

Abbiamo scelto questo hotel perché con parcheggio privato, vicino alla metro, buon punto per visitare Atene. Alloggio discreto, pulito ed essenziale. Comodo l' angolo cottura per farsi la colazione.

Pros:

Sehr schön eingerichtetes Studio mit viel Platz. Dank der kleinen Küche kann man sich auch gut selbst versorgen, z.B. mit Frühstück oder einem Salat. Kaffeekapseln werden jeden Tag zur Verfügung gestellt. Es gibt kein "richtiges" Bad, WC und Dusche sind getrennt, Waschbecken befindet sich im Zimmer selbst. Balkon ging zur Straße heraus, ließ sich aber trotzdem nutzen. Im Studio befindet sich ein großes Sofa, vermutlich für eine weitere Person. Das Personal (vom Hotel nebenan) ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Lage ist etwas abseits, eher in einer Art Gewerbegebiet, abends findet man aber ein paar Restaurants oder Cafés.

Cons:

Die Lage ist etwas abseits, man muss fast immer mit Metro oder Bus fahren. Metro ist ca 10 min entfernt. Hat aber den Vorteil, dass man auch abseits der großen Touristenströme ist.
Als Anregung: Statt des großen Sofas einen Tisch mit Stühlen, dann kann man auch richtig frühstücken. Und ein richtiger Schrank wäre auch hilfreich, zumal Platz genug ist.
