Pros:

- the room on the 4th floor with the direct exposure to sunrise on the morning and nice view on the view
- the « cosy » feeling of the room (made with wood)
- the breakfast : basic but very good quality products (eggs, avocados, bread…)
- the receptionist: made us coca tea when we came back from the hike
- the location : a slightly outside of the immediate city center, making it quiet, close to a super market
- the little terrasse / garden with the sun

On a adoré le séjour
Pros:

Le personnel : super sympa, très serviable !
L’hôtel : hyper charmant
La nourriture petit déjeuner et dîner : hyper healthy j’ai adoré le petit dej et les légumes et poulet le soir ou le gratin de quinoa
Franchement on a adoré notre séjour rien à redire
Un tout petit peu plus loin du centre de la ville mais faut pas déconner 8 min à pied ça les vaut largement
Serviette de douche super confort et lit au top

Cons:

Pour s’améliorer
Manque un peu d’eau chaude sur la première chambre mais le débit est beaucoup mieux sur la seconde chambre
Améliorer un peu le service de laverie mais je pense que c’est commun à tous les hôtels d’Amérique latine :)
Ça peut manquer de charme dans les chambres mais pas le reste de l’hôtel qui est très mignon (les salles de bains sont efficaces)

Viaje Familiar a la Suiza Peruana
Pros:

Un hotel muy bonito, bastante limpio, la atención del personal 10 puntos, todos muy amables, se descansa muy bien pues no hay ruidos que perturben, la habitación familiar que nos ofrecieron muy cómoda, señal decente de internet gratuito para revisar correos, streaming, etc. Y el desayuno típico con el pan de piso típico de los andes peruanos. Además en recepción nos prestaron un ventilador calefactor pues en las noches la habitación se siente bastante fría.

Cons:

Lo único es que el piso de la habitación es de cerámicos, bastante frío al caminar descalzo si es que te olvidaste las sandalias, sería excelente que fuera de parket o alfombrado, también instalar calefactores en las habitaciones.

Pros:

Luxe kamers, met veel ruimte en goede hygiëne. Fijne sfeer met vriendelijk en hard werkend personeel.

Cons:

Restaurant was prima, maar beperkt. Hotel ligt iets verder van het centrum vandaan (10-15min lopen).

Pros:

Superbe petit cocon dans Huaraz
Chambre très confortable
Un grand plus pour la TV très appréciable après les randonnées
Grande chambre (suite junior)

Cons:

Le prix des excursions et transports proposés un peu cher vs ce qu’on peut trouver par nous même
Exemple : taxi pour l’aéroport 90 soles quand le Uber coûte 35

extra friendly staff made my trip special.
Pros:

My daughter stayed here not me. She loved her stay and said the staff were amazing very friendly and helpful. One lady bought sliced tomatoes to put on her sunburn, my daughter thought they were too good to waste so ate them lol. but what a lovely thought by this lovely lady working there.

Pros:

What a beautiful hotel, and so convenient to town! There was a little construction in the vicinity, but nothing that was directly impactful to us (although I believe it did impact the parking area). Staff was helpful & arranged boxed breakfasts as needed for early days.

Cons:

Only complaint was water availability. Everywhere else we stayed in Peru offered readily accessible & plentiful drinking water.
