Pros:

Los ambientes comúnes, súper comodos, puedes trabajar o leer un libro, con tranquilidad.
Todo el staff muy amable y presto apoyar.
El dormitorio comfortable, limpio siempre. En cuanto a los implementos en el servicio higiénico siempre repuesto a tiempo.

Quiet location and clean and excellent condition.

Lovely hotel in a quiet locationj close to the city. Clean and in excellent condition.

Cons:

Service in the restuarant is unbelievably slow and the food is okay at best - this is Peru and food here is excellent just about everywhere so this was disappointing after a long day travelling.

Ottimo hotel in posizione silenziosa e comunque vicino al centro di Huaraz. Giardino piacevole e struttura molto curata. Camera di discrete dimensioni ma purtroppo senza prese di corrente (l'unica è in bagno). Ottima la colazione, molto apprezzato il parcheggio interno per la moto. Sempre molto gentili e disponibili le persone dello staff, bravi! Discreto il ristorante; meriterebbe un menù più vario ed una maggiore velocità del servizio. Dovessi tornare a Huaraz, sceglierei ancora questo hotel

Cons:

El alojamiento se encuentra en una zona desolada, muy peligrosa para caminar de noche y alejada del centro de la ciudad. El balcón de la habitación tiene una vista limitada por el techo del hospedaje (prácticamente miras el techo en vez del jardín), no cuentan con ascensor y la vista del pasillo no es a los cerros sino a las casas que se ubican en la parte trasera del hotel. La administración es poco flexible con relación al horario de ingreso y modificación de fechas. Finalmente el tipo de cambio de dólares a soles no es acorde al tipo de cambio actual, por lo que lucran en ese aspecto.

Die Zimmer verfügen über eine normale Größe, insgesamt ist das Hotel aber sehr geräumig,
Es gibt viele schöne Terrassen (Frühstück im Freien) + Garten und ein sehr hilfsbereites Personal,
Leckeres Esssen im eigenen Restaurant.
Bis zur Plaza sind es ein paar Minuten, aber der Weg führt durch nette ruhige Strassen.

It’s a beautiful hotel with hard working staff, but the vibe is very sterile.
Pros:

The building is absolutely beautiful and well maintained. The staff was friendly and hard working.

Cons:

There was constant construction during the day, it was hard to relax at the hotel.

Also even though there were only a few guests, it felt like we were all in the same wing of the hotel. The noise of people getting ready / talking in the morning was very noticeable.
