Management has to concentrate on room cleanliness
Pros:

Room size was very large which is too good

Cons:

Room is not clean. Cockroaches are roaming around, bed is not clean and tv was not working, wifi signal was very bad.

Fake pictures, beware

The pictures are not correct, these are pictures of some grocery store and gym.. hotel is just the top floor. I cancelled my booking and did not stay.Also, don't go on rebranding. It is oyo. When you reach, you feel like you have been duped by fake pictures. I could not gather strength to even enter just standing in front of property. There was no clear way marked, no reception visible when standing in front.. just some local shops and on top floor some rooms . I did not stay to be clear.

Value stay with big room

Nothing was good. They asked us to cancel the booking from the booking app and took the whole cash on hand. They gave us the room which had AC fridge TV but none of them were working at all. I asked for TV remote which the reception didn't give. It was a poor stay. If its possible for refund then please help i feel scammed .

The experience was unsatisfactory. We were instructed to cancel our reservation through the booking application and subsequently charged the full amount in cash. The assigned room was equipped with air conditioning, a refrigerator, and a television, none of which were operational. A request for a television remote control was denied by the reception. This stay was subpar. We would appreciate assistance with a refund, as we believe this constitutes a fraudulent transaction. The room was not clean and the blankets were all worn out.
