Pros:

Nothing. Room was okay.

Cons:

Bedsheets were either not washed properly or used again. Hot water wasnt available in cold Banglore december. We had wait for long time for someone to bring hot water. The staff was helpful but management was very poor even the telephone wasnt working.

The hotel exceeded my expectation. I really enjoyed my stay and got value for money
Pros:

Most conveniently located near airport. Nice ambience. Food in the Aerohotel Cafe was good. Staff behaviour is really good. They changed the linen immediately on request. Wifi connection is good. Overall cleanliness is good.

Hot water was not available in the night

Owaiz the worst hotel staff - most unprofessional

The hotel is close to the airport

Cons:

Owaiz the night staff person (whether he is a security person or receptionist is not clear) was completely unprofessional. He gave us the worst possible check in experience- refused to give us breakfast though it showed in records.

He is basically a thug, who intimidates customers. He needs some serious training because he basically cannot understand booking conditions - breakfast included is interpreted as not included. No drinking water was given even upon repeated requests. The guy tests our patience. I am surprised that someone like him is even employed. The previous management was professional.

The other staff in the morning (the ones in uniform) were good - professional and courteous and apologetic about the nights experience. Apart from Owaiz other staff are good.

An old building very dangerous room has cockroaches and bed bugs, power fluctuation along with dirty bed sheets. AC was not working bad maintenance
This slum area is located away from Kempegowda International Airport and has a dark room with small windows. The food is not good. The price is very high. I am asking for the cash bill until it is sent scam . We will not recommend it to anyone.

Though the hotel is far from the centre and decent, not very comfortable.
Pros:

The breakfast was served in the room brought from A2B. It was cold and hence not very tasty. Though there is no dedicated car park, could park in front of the hotel as there were no other cars.

Cons:

The AC though working was not very efficient. For a large room with 3 occupants the cooling was not at all adequate.
There was no hot water for 2 days. Cockroaches were found in the room.
