La alberca tenía una muy buena temperatura y la entrada a la playa era muy práctica, el personal muy atento, volveremos a hospedarnos ahí

Dejó de funcionar un elevador y fue complicado subir y bajar, sin embargo fue por un problema ajeno al hotel y buscaron solucionarlo rápidamente

Pros:

Queda literalmente frente a la playa, lo cual es muy positivo para quienes quieren ir a ella. El bus para ir a la zona céntrica de Acapulco pasa por la puerta con una frecuencia alta. La piscina es grande y, si bien no era climatizada, siempre estaba en una temperatura linda. La habitación era sencilla pero bonita. Tenía un balcón que daba a la playa. También se agradece el aire acondicionado que permitía estar a gusto dentro de la habitación.

Cons:

Se hubiese agradecido la presencia de más enchufes o de alguna mesa de luz.

Las almohadas estaban manchadas (manchas negras) pareciera humedad. Y la alberca es pequeña tomando como métrica la cantidad de personas que puede hospedar.

En la habitación no llegaba el wifi, no tenía tocador, me ofrecieron vista al jardín y lo único que veía era un techo de lámina, estaba Serca de las bombas de agua y todo el tiempo había ruido sobre todo en la noche y las imágenes no corresponde a la realidad
