Las camas son muy cómodas

Cons:

El personal de la recepción muy despota y cerrada a darte solucion, reserve 5 habitaciones y vía watsap el hotel me confirmó que todas mis habitaciones estaban juntas y en el mismo nivel y segun la gerente de ventas mencionó que eso estaba sujeto a disponibilidad cuando por su wat me había confirmado que si estaban juntas y me las dieron como ellos quisieron 3 en el tercer nivel y 2 en el 5to nivel cuando llego al nivel 5 mis habitaciones estaban listas, me las entregaron hasta las 4:30 pm, al siguiente dia tienen un problemas con el agua y me quedo sin el recurso por 4 horas, ni para bañarme y lavarme las mano en recepcion tajantemente su solucion era que tenia que esperar,
Más tarde nos quedamos si luz.

Nos encantó la limpieza diaria de la habitación y el bufet de desayuno del hotel.

En recepción eran amables.

Cons:

Aunque teníamos vista al mar, había una malla en el balcón que no permitía la vista que esperabamos.

No hubo internet en nuestra habitación, sólo había en recepción.
Notamos que en recepción cuando había mucha gente que llegaba a hacer el check in, había mucho estrés entre los recepcionistas, ojalá puedan regularlo más para que los vacacionistas estemos más cómodos.

Pros:

Me gusta de qué está céntrico de todo, das un paso y ya estás en la piscina o en la playa, las vistas son hermosas, la atención y el personal fueron muy amables, hay un Oxxo cerca, e igual que un mercadito para comer, todo me gusta, las camas fueron cómodas, y la limpieza también es buena

Pros:

La alberca tenía una muy buena temperatura y la entrada a la playa era muy práctica, el personal muy atento, volveremos a hospedarnos ahí

Cons:

Dejó de funcionar un elevador y fue complicado subir y bajar, sin embargo fue por un problema ajeno al hotel y buscaron solucionarlo rápidamente
