Overall the staff and the experience was extremely bad.
Pros:

Doesn't like any think

Cons:

The room was dirty very much, the staff didn't behave good, the windows was broken in extremely cold night, there were stains of oil on pillow and blanket, only one seperate tap for extremely hot water and extremely cold water. Don't have option to mix. They charged for mineral water and provide tap water. Bath was not clean as well, and there was nothing to hang your clothes, even the sleepers were not given. Will not even stay if they offer to stay for free.

Pros:

Viewed and did not stay rebooked another hotel
Was very very dirty not whats pictured
Looked like a trap house and men standing in every corner

Pros:

My overall experience was good. Room was neat and clean. Furniture are in new and excellent condition. Washroom was also neat and clean. Very helpful and kind staff. Heavily recommended.

As on booking. Com it's got 5 stars and it's in real life it's one star so it's mean booking. Com have no check and balance system ...it have No Air conditioning and on booking. Com it's says air conditioning..and booking. Com have no check&balance for that..it's have 3rd class bathrooms but on booking. Come it's have 5 stars bathrooms..hahaha...these kind of Hotels are giving bac names to booking. Com..plus booking. Come have no local system to contact them for complaint and get it right on check in time .so it's all you loss your money..

Cons:

Nothing to like about it..if it's not air conditioning rooms in June month in lahore how a person can sleep in this hot weather..it's written on booking. Come that the hotel is air conditioning but it's not..and room are not up to standard. Bathrooms door have gap and any time cockroches can come to the rooms from drainage systems. Plus the bathroom were not clean from last week..TV have no plug and there soap are like a rough stones..hahah
