They demanded extra money

The staff was friendly but we had a mishap there unfortunately. We were two friends, and I told the staff member in the evening that we are going out for some work and will be back late at night around 2 or 3 am. I inquired that is it ok for you? He said, "Yes, don't worry about it. I will open the gate." When we came back at around 2:30, I continuously knocked the door for about half an hour, and there was no response from inside. I didn't even have his contact number because that contact number given on booking.com was the other person who was not present there and only connected through whatsapp. I messaged him and called him multiple times, but there was no response. Knocking the door with full force that even neighbours came out. There were very cold outside, and it was becoming terrible standing like this and knocking again and again. Fortunately, I got the idea to search this guest out from google Maps and got another number. I called on this number multiple times and, fortunately, got connected with the person. I told him the whole story and then he called the staff person in our guest house. Then he got up from deep sleep and came out and opened the door and apologised. Actually, they had two guest houses, and they sent us to another one whose name was Hotel Inn Royal Blue. I got the number from the Royal guest house page, and it was my good luck that he picked up the call.
Our luggage was inside. Otherwise, we would have booked another guest house at that time because there were no options left.
Seriously, it was a terrible experience, unfortunately. When I informed him about my return at late night, it should be his responsibility to even call me or text me before going to sleep. He told me in the evening that he is awake all night, don't worry

Hot water wasn’t available. They need to fix it.
