Appreciated hospitality 🫶🏻
Pros:

Everything was perfect on my stay, room, breakfast, staff, hospitality was amazing except for the bed 😵‍💫 it was uncomfortable and kills your back. When it comes to asking them to change it’ll maybe be fixed but why do they provide this facility in the rooms? Anyway, that could be better.
Thanks so much for the hospitality.

屋上のバルコニーからの眺めが何より素晴らしいと思います。部屋も清潔でベットもフカフカでした。スタッフの皆さんはとても優しくていつも困ってることはないか尋ねてくれるので安心して滞在することができました。

We had a great time at the hotel. Nur was very friendly and helpful, as were all the staff. The breakfast was really good, and the view of the pyramids was absolutely amazing. We really enjoyed our stay!

Ottima soluzione per la zona di Giza
Pros:

Albergo in una posizione strategica per visitare Giza.
Il personale sempre accogliente e gentile.

Cons:

Purtroppo la zona di Giza è molto degradata, e non dipende certo dall'hotel.
Per fortuna è vicino ad una delle strade principali che offrono un minimo di qualità in più rispetto al circondario.

Nous nous sommes vraiment senti bien ici, presque comme à la maison.
Pros:

À notre arrivée nous sommes montés sur le toit et là nous avons eu accès à une vue incroyable. De plus, le personnel de l’hôtel a vraiment été adorable avec nous! Ahmed, Nour, Sbah et tout les autres ont vraiment été au petit soin! Nous avons beaucoup parlé avec eux et ils nous ont proposé maintes fois de l’aide.
Ce fut vraiment un super séjour que je recommande à tous.

スタッフが皆良い人でした。水のペットボトルはお願いすればいつでも無料で持ってきてくれます。夕方には毎日果物を届けてくれました。ホテル代や空港までの送迎の支払い方法もとてもフレキシブルに対応してもらい助かりました。
屋上からの眺めは最高です。

Cons:

シャワー室の扉の閉まりが甘く、シャワーのお湯が漏れてトイレの床が濡れてしまう。でも、コツを覚えるとシャワーヘッドの向きで、漏れなくなります。
