オーナーのイスラムさんは日本語が堪能で、旅行会社も経営しているため、ツアーも良心的な価格かつ充実した内容でした。Balalさんも安全運転でいい運転手でした。また、屋上のレストランがとても美味しいです。フムスを色んなところで食べましたが、ここが1番美味しいです。Nourさんがとても気遣ってくれて、安心できる宿泊でした。

tout d'abord l'accueil du personnel .
nous sommes arrivés à 6h30 du matin pour un check in a 13h et ils nous ont gentillement propose de prendre le petit déjeuner sur leurs magnifique toit terrasse
le petit déjeuner est excellent !

nous avons profité de belles chambres spacieuses avec peignoir chausson et salle de bain. de très belles prestations pour le prix.

une mention spéciale à nour pour sa gentillesse !

Charmant hôtel avec vue sur les pyramides et accueil attentionné.
Pros:

Idéalement placé avec une vue de rêve sur les pyramides grâce au rooftop, à 5 minutes à pied de l'accès au plateau de Gizeh. Le personnel est adorable, beaucoup de petites attentions qui ont rendu notre séjour en famille très agréable. Merci à toute l'équipe!

Zeer goed, verzorgd en leuk verblijf.
Pros:

Vanaf de eerste minuut, tot bij vertrek, werden zeer goed geholpen door al het personeel. Nour doet het wel uitstekend als ontvanger van de gasten en is steeds behulpzaam. Zij is een sterke schakel in het hele team.

Niets te vermelden.

Hotel con standard egiziani..... Camera assegnata di piccole dimensioni, ma dopo insistenza siamo riusciti a farcene dare una più grande. Gli asciugamani di buona qualità. Colazione abbondante ma con cibo prescelto da loro..... tipica egiziana.
Terrazza con bella vista sulle piramidi. Il servizio in camera è ok. In dotazione shampoo e bagnoschiuma. Nella nostra camera non c'èra la cassaforte. Lo staff gentile e disponibile.

Cons:

Le camere essendo a piani più bassi non godono di una vista particolare. La zona dove è situato l' albergo è parecchio degradata....vi sono cavalli e animali vari...

Il nostro soggiorno in questo hotel è stato davvero meraviglioso. All’arrivo siamo stati accolti con un graditissimo drink di benvenuto e da subito tutto lo staff si è dimostrato gentile, disponibile e molto attento.

L’hotel è bellissimo e molto pulito. La nostra stanza era grande, confortevole e impeccabile. Uno dei punti più spettacolari è sicuramente la terrazza dell’hotel, dalla quale si possono ammirare le piramidi: un panorama incredibile mentre si fa colazione, pranzo o cena.

La colazione era ottima e molto varia; un grazie speciale a Nour, che è stata gentilissima con noi. Anche la cena è stata davvero molto buona, con piatti tipici deliziosi.

L’hotel ci ha anche organizzato un’attività: avevamo un autista personale, Belal, gentilissimo e sempre disponibile. Ci ha accompagnati a fare una crociera con cena sul Nilo, dove abbiamo mangiato benissimo e assistito a bellissimi spettacoli, e poi ci ha portati anche al mercato di Khan el Khalili.

È stato un soggiorno indimenticabile: tutto lo staff è stato estremamente gentile e disponibile. Consigliamo assolutamente questo hotel.
