trop cher pour la prestation
Pros:

- pouvoir se garer devant la villa (MINOAS)
- les horaires de la piscine jusque 22h
- qualité de la literie
- la grande terrasse
- le mobilier extérieur

Cons:

- la cafetière trop petite (juste déjà pour deux)
- l'absence de lave-linge pour ce standing
- la salle de bains exigue (les WCs sont collés à la paroi de douche, la porte empêche un usage correct du lavabo)
- l'absence d'huile, de vinaigre, d'un torchon de cuisine
- l'orientation avec le soleil sur la terrasse le matin donc pas agréable d'y déjeuner le matin

Sehr erholsame Zeit in dieser kleinen schönen Anlage.
Pros:

Super schöne Anlage. Hell und viel Platz, sehr gut ausgestattete Küche, Parkplatz, ruhige Lage, kurzer Spaziergang in den Ort, viele Tipps der Vermieter zu Tavernen, Bars, Ausflügen bekommen, unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe.

Da gibt es nichts.

Eine tolle Unterkunft ,ein paar Gehminuten vom Ort entfernt und trotzdem ruhig.Sehr herzliche Vermieter und nettes Servicepersonal,das stets zur Stelle ist,wenn etwas fehlt.👍👍👍

Pros:

La struttura eccezionale… tutto nuovissimo e la piscina centrale top… posizione a due passi da Matala, spiaggia con locali unici dell’isola….⚫️⚪️⚫️⚪️

Cons:

Per una struttura di questo tipo, a mio parere è indispensabile una lavatrice e purtroppo spesso si sente la puzza degli scarichi, evidentemente non hanno fatto l’esalazione degli stessi…

Villa privilégiée à deux pas de Matala
Pros:

Villa spacieuse et très bien équipée. La cuisine est très bien équipée avec une vraie cafetière et toute la vaisselle nécessaire. Logement propre et quasiment neuf : notre meilleur logement sur notre séjour. La ville de Matala est à 15 minutes à pieds avec boutiques, supermarché et restaurants. Nous avions la Villa Minos que nous avons trouvé bien agencée et exposée. Nous avons été enchantés et nous recommandons vivement ce logement. Les propriétaires sont venus vérifier que tout allait bien dès notre arrivée. Ils étaient adorables et nous avions tout le nécessaire pour un premier petit déjeuner. La piscine est très bien aussi avec des horaires confortables 8h30-22h ce qui permet d’en profiter en l’absence des autres locataires.

Cons:

Rien : tout était impeccable !

Fantastisch verblijf!
Pros:

Prachtig huis op een fantastische plek! Echt een aanrader, alles nieuw en schoon! Zou zo weer opnieuw boeken!

Cons:

Niets! We hebben alleen de host nooit gezien. We zijn toen we aankwamen door de schoonmaakster binnengelaten. Mochten er daardoor eerder in, was prima.

Excellent villa - location good and we loved matala.
Pros:

The location is excellent and the pool area is fabulous. The villa is modern, clean and has all modern facilities. The bathroom has plenty of space and the beds very comfortable.

Silent modern stay near Matala
Pros:

New 4 Villas block with everything what you need (except washing machine, but this was not very actual for us).

Very silent apartment (but villas near main road to Matala can be more noisy ;-) ). It was really good, because if you live in Matala, this town is quite noisy. There you get very quite environment for sleep with 15 minutes walk from Matala. Roud to Matala have a sidewalk, and walk is very easy.

They have parking, but very small (2-3 cars). But you can very easy to park at street.

There is not so much activities in Matala. If you want sandy beach, better to take 20 minutes from Matala Red Beach Trail. Red beach really looks a little bit like "wild beach", but there are 3 bar's. One of them have "best Mojito in the world", but owner Yannis is a little bit expressive person. But I like him. And please be noted - there is no WC. And do not trust Google maps, which shows wrong start point from Scala restaurant. You need follow signpost from Matala Tribe shop to up.

If you want hike, there is very nice "Rouvas Wood and Gorge" to oak forest (do you believe, that we have oaks in Crete? ;-) ) Hike is mid level difficulty for ~4 hours.

Cons:

Better to put villas names into options. My villa was Phaedra from more silent side. And if I want in future to choose the same, is better to see name Phaedra instead the 4 the same "Apartment with Pool View" ;-)

Very good
Pros:

close to Matala beach, very nice restaurants and city. Very nice and clean villa.

Cons:

The showerhead kept falling of the wall and the lounge furniture could be more comfortable.
