Prachtig verblijf bij Matala
Pros:

Prachtig nieuw huis op een zeer kleinschalig complex met nog 3 andere huizen. Alle 4 rondom het zwembad. Heerlijk eigen terras en alles was superschool en netjes.
Op 10-15 minuten lopen vanaf het centrum en het strand van Matala.

Cons:

Het enige jammere was dat het zwembad maximaal 1.45 diep was en dat de airco blies op de bedden van de kinderen…ook in de lage stand.
De temperatuur buiten maakte airco ook ‘‘s nachts wel nodig. Anders was het veel te warm om te slapen. Gelukkig waren er ook dekens.

Czystość, świeżość, bardzo dobre wyposażenie apartamentu. Jakość oceniam na 6. Ciszą i spokój. Właściciele w stałym kontakcie, gościnni, uprzejmi dbający o dobro klienta. Polecam bez wąchania i chętnie odwiedzę to miejsce ponownie.

Pros:

Excellent apartment! Modern, cozy, and exceptionally clean, with a lovely pool. The location is perfect – the town center and nearby beaches are within easy walking distance. We highly recommend it!

Pros:

Die Häuser sind super schön und die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Die Besitzerin und das Personal ist sehr nett und sehr bemüht. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Séjour top !
Pros:

Établissement très bien entretenu, le lieu était vraiment magnifique, propre, nous nous sommes vraiment très bien senti dans cette résidence. La piscine était vraiment agréable.
Encore merci pour le prêt du parasol pendant notre séjour.
Malheureusement mais c’est comme dans beaucoup d’endroit, il y a trop de luminosité le matin car pas de store mais bon c’est souvent le cas donc on s’y habitue.
Je reviendrai avec grand plaisir dans ce logement si je devais revenir à Matala un jour.

Lovely Villa in a perfect location
Pros:

Villa was very modern,spotlessly clean and well equipped.Location to Matala was a ten minute walk away,which meant you were away from any noise at nighttime.
Owners and cleaning lady were very friendly and wanted to make our stay as enjoyable as possible.

Pros:

Un séjour parfait à Matala !
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Le logement était super propre, au calme et vraiment très bien équipé. L'emplacement est top, tout près du centre de Matala et de Pitsidia. Un grand merci pour le accueil chaleureux qui fait toute la différence ! Je recommande à 100%.

Spotlessly clean, spacious, modern & simply awesome!
Pros:

Spotlessly clean, spacious, modern & simply awesome villa with everything one needs approx. 15 walking minutes from the centre and not even 5 minutes from the bus stop to Heraklion. Good communication from & with the super friendly owner. Ευχαριστούμε πάρα πολύ!

- pouvoir se garer devant la villa (MINOAS)
- les horaires de la piscine jusque 22h
- qualité de la literie
- la grande terrasse
- le mobilier extérieur

Cons:

- la cafetière trop petite (juste déjà pour deux)
- l'absence de lave-linge pour ce standing
- la salle de bains exigue (les WCs sont collés à la paroi de douche, la porte empêche un usage correct du lavabo)
- l'absence d'huile, de vinaigre, d'un torchon de cuisine
- l'orientation avec le soleil sur la terrasse le matin donc pas agréable d'y déjeuner le matin

Sehr erholsame Zeit in dieser kleinen schönen Anlage.
Pros:

Super schöne Anlage. Hell und viel Platz, sehr gut ausgestattete Küche, Parkplatz, ruhige Lage, kurzer Spaziergang in den Ort, viele Tipps der Vermieter zu Tavernen, Bars, Ausflügen bekommen, unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe.

La struttura eccezionale… tutto nuovissimo e la piscina centrale top… posizione a due passi da Matala, spiaggia con locali unici dell’isola….⚫️⚪️⚫️⚪️

Cons:

Per una struttura di questo tipo, a mio parere è indispensabile una lavatrice e purtroppo spesso si sente la puzza degli scarichi, evidentemente non hanno fatto l’esalazione degli stessi…
