assoluto relax
Pros:

abbiamo passato dei giorni bellissimi in questa struttura. Il personale é stato molto cordiale e disponibile, in particolare il gestore Luka che ci ha assecondato in ogni momento e ci ha aiutati nella scelta di spiagge e ristoranti. La camera era pulita, spaziosa e accogliente con una vista sul mare favolosa. La zona in cui è situato il residence é molto tranquilla e silenziosa sia di giorno che di notte e ci ha consentito di avere un soggiorno molto gradevole.
Torneremo sicuramente!!

Cons:

Rummet skulle vara ett deluxe rum men det var inte alls hög standard. Havsutsikt men havet kunde synas genom några träd och långt bort. Luktade avlopp, massa kryp och väldigt mörkt och omysigt. Poolen var pytteliten och såg smutsigt ut.

Pleasant
Pros:

The room was pleasant to stay to in. The beds and pillows are as comfy as being at home!, the cleaning ladies do an exceptional job on the rooms every single day, beds made floors cleaned and fresh towels. Lukas is very welcoming and a pleasure to speak to

Cons:

Nothing Everything met requirements needed. And if you do need anything they can accommodate.
Location isn’t the best for mobility for non walkers so would recommend having some sort of transportation if walking isn’t for you!

Two weeks stay was amazing
Pros:

We wanted a peaceful, private self catering room with a pool, a seaview and a beach in walking distance for our 2 week stay…here we got all of that and more. The location is right in the countryside but conjunctly -also with a supermarket, bars and restaurants on the doorstep. There were free roaming chickens in the area which was nice to see when they come up for their visit every day.
We enjoyed the rural location and the peaceful ambience (some bars are loud but only occasionally but it was nice to hear people having fun, we even joined in sometimes). Our host and team were so kind and look after their guests and the complex without encroaching on your peace or privacy. Anything you need help with was answered or sorted with such speed it is exactly customer service at its best.

Cons:

We liked everything, we were lucky to have various peaceful neighbours arrive and leave during our two weeks.
And the WIFI was excellent

Fantastisch!
Pros:

Superzuiver, Lucas was heel vriendelijke en gaf ons de nodige tips om ons verblijf op Skiathos nog aangenamer te maken .
Accomodatie lag wat hoger en het was de eerste keer wat spannend om er te geraken omdat het even wennen was in de smalle straatjes, maar de rust en het uitzicht waren geweldig. De zuiverste kamer ooit!

Geen enkel minpunt!

Good value for money
Pros:

Lovely room liked the air con was included as well as security box! The owner got me bottles of water as well as coffee in the room which was so nice.

Cons:

Cleaners are very loud in the morning so a lie in is not possible. They seem to hit their brooms on the walls which is very loud in the morning. Also the couple next door to me were extremely loud and the noise was bad.

Bardzo przyjemne miejsce
Pros:

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, nieopodal plaży Paraskevi, to świetny punkt wyjazdowy w różne strony wyspy. Jednocześnie można się przejść pieszo do knajpy lub na plażę. Do obiektu jedzie / idzie się pod górkę, jest to częste na Skiathos.

Apartament zadbany, ładny, bardzo czysty (sprzątanie codziennie). Świetnie wyposażona kuchnia (toster, miski, herbata, etc.)

Gospodarz serdeczny i miły, od razu poczuliśmy się ugoszczeni :)

Widok na morze z balkonu to nie pełna panorama, ale jest wystarczający. Basen czysty i przyjemny. Wokół otoczenie z drzew oliwnych, po trawie przechadzają się kurki i koty - uroczy klimat.

Cons:

Prysznic w łazience otwarty (walk-in), ale mały, więc po wzięciu prysznica na podłodze była zawsze kałuża wody.

Ręczniki wymieniane codziennie, ale bardzo szorstkie. Przydałby się jakiś dobry zmiękczacz do tkanin :)
