Rien j’ai fait une réclamation

Cons:

L’hotel n’est clairement pas 4*, les avis semblent truqués car vraiment les chambres sont atroces et surtout les murs tremblent toutes les 2 minutes. L’immeuble pour accéder a l’hotel est très glauque et le quartier pas du tout aussi bien que les commentaires le disent. Je m’y suis sentie si mal que j’ai réservé une autre chambre dans Belgrade, impossible de passer la nuit ici. J’aimerai un remboursement si possible

Good stay for a day or two if you're just planning to travel and go around the city
Pros:

Comfy room, staff was nice but checking in was little weird although there were no problems

Cons:

small bathroom, you can't really put anything there like toothbrush, self care products and stuff and doors are getting in a way since it's so small

Konumu olağanüstü. Havaalanından gelen 72 numaralı otobüsün hemen yakınında olması, Belgrad'a ilk kez gelenler için ulaşımı çok kolaylaştırıyor. Şehrin ikinci merkezinde yer alıyor. Otel son derece temiz, odaları modern ve Türkçe konuşan güler yüzlü personeli var. Her şey için övgü ve tavsiyelerimi sunuyorum.

Çalışanlar ve konum çok iyiydi. Gelişmeye açık noktaları da bulunmakta.

Konumu çok iyiydi. Temizdi ve bagaj bırakma konusunda yardımcı oldular. Çalışanlar çok iyiydi çok dakik bir şekilde gelip giriş sürecinde yardımcı oldular. Her daim iletişime geçebiliyorsunuz.

Cons:

Odalar çok küçük olduğu için valiz açacak alan azdı. Sıcak su elektrikli bir cihazla veriliyor o nedenle bir kişi duş aldıktan sonra su soğudu beklememiz gerekti.
