Great family stay.
Pros:

Food good and plentiful.
Lady leading the evenings children's mini disco was superb. My daughter loved her. Favourite thing about her stay.
Front desk and tui rep very helpful.
Split level room was lovely.

Cons:

Drinks
Cocktails were artifical and syrupy. Not nice.
At breakfast and dinner the orange juice and coke juice often ran out of concentrate and the machines dispensed water with a dash of orange or coke. Wasn't nice.

les chambres ne sont pas insonorisés, il faisait froid dans la chambre nous avons du demander des couvertures.

La restauración y el servicio ha perdido mucho en relación con hace un par de años.

Acceuil. Chambre, literie confortable, salle de bain.

Cons:

La cafeteria, se n’est pas fou, moins de variétés et de meilleurs qualités, c’est jouable. En gros au lieu de 20 desserts trés trés moyen, 4 trés bon et tout le monde est content, idem avec les entrées et plats principaux (le trop tue le bien). C’est dommage car l’hotel en lui même est trés bien, belle chambre, bonne literie, belle salle d’eau. Accueil super. Parking payant pas d’accord, le lendemain nous nous sommes arrétés dans un autre hotel à 500 km plus au sud...même prestation et parking souterrain gratuit.

Parfait
Pros:

La chambre et les équipements étaient top.
L’hotel propre et le petit déjeuner très copieux.

Cons:

La literie est très bien, seul soucis, l'épaisseur des couettes. Nous avons du demander deux couettes supplémentaires car celles mises sont très fines.
Mais le personnel de chambre a ete super.

Habitación amplia y bastante reformada, buffet completo y variado. Zona de piscina genial!

Cons:

Gimnasio de pago y además carísimo. Hora del chek out demasiado temprano

Little La Pineda break
Pros:

Location super and bus route outside hotel. Quality of food was very good. Barista staff were amazing. Entertainment team were fabulous. Option to use other hotels on the resort.

Cons:

Restaurant staff were very rude and unhelpful at times.

Hôtel très bruyant
Pros:

La sympathie du personnel et l'emplacement ni trop loin ni trop pré du centre ville

Cons:

Hôtel très bruyant, entre les soirées avec la musique à fond et les clients très bruyant l'hôtel n'est pas assez insonorisé et pourtant nous étions au 4eme étage sur 5
