Hotel op fijne locatie met veel potentieel, maar ga niet met té hoge verwachtingen.
Pros:

Leuke, bereikbare ligging met handige verbinding richting centrum - OV. (Parking = grote plus)
Inrichting van de kamer is heel stijlvol & de lunch in het restaurant op het gelijkvloers was top.

De ontvangst.
Heel jammer, want bij het uitchecken stond er wel een erg vriendelijke medewerkster aan het onthaal.
Bij het inchecken voel je je echter graag welkom, dat was hier niet het geval en voelde behoorlijk ondermaats voor een hotel met vier sterren.
Boertig vanaf het eerste contact, geen uitleg, we moesten bijvoorbeeld onze id tonen en iets noteren, maar alles werd gewoon uit de hand gerukt. Nog nooit ergens meegemaakt.
We betaalden extra voor een kamer met uitzicht omwille van mijn verjaardag, maar dit voelde niet superior aan. Hou er dus rekening mee dat deze kamers een piepklein raam en vooral veel muur hebben. Wij vonden m.a.w. het extra geld dus zeker niet waard, het stond jammer genoeg ook niet zo duidelijk in de vermelding opgenomen.
De openingsuren van de bar -of op zijn minst het uitzicht- op de 10e verdieping zouden wat ruimer kunnen zijn zodat iedereen die naar het centrum gaat er ook van kan genieten.

Brak przygotowanego łóżeczka dla dziecka pomimo zgłoszenia podczas rezerwacji. Duży problem z jego dostarczeniem w dniu przyjazdu.

Good value hotel located 15 minutes away by uber from central Amsterdam.
Pros:

Relaxed cosmopolitan feeling hotel located overlooking water in a quiet area 10-15 minutes from Central Amsterdam and the RAI exhibition centre.

Good hotel in Amsterdam
Pros:

Lisa at the reception was very good and professional. Most days we saw only her. She speaks many languages, including Russian.

Cons:

I was expecting the trambus to be much nearer. It is about 0.5 km from the hotel.

Pros:

Nous y avons passé une nuit en novembre, c'est un superbe hotel très bien équipé, un personnel très accessible, et une très belle vue. Nous n'avons pas eu l'occasion de profitez des extérieurs vu la période ! Je recommande fortement bien qu'il soit excentré (il reste très accessible)
