Good location, close to tram. Nice room.
Private underground parking, just make sure your car/van less than 2m high 😀. It was ok for my vw transporter.

Nice room and breakfast.
Pros:

Very comfortable room, spacious bathroom. The breakfast has many options to choose from. It was nice to have breakfast on the terrace with a view of the harbour. Overall a great place to stay.

Cons:

The staff was a little unfriendly, some plain rude. We booked a room with lake view, but got a room on the side of the hotel with only a little bit of the lake to see.

Pros:

The room , the view , the bed , were all very nice. Had everything you need. The bathroom was nice, compact but good. . All in all a good experience , i would stay again.

Cons:

The air system in the toilet was not working. The net curtains were awful. Full of stains and dead insects. Really needs replacing or removing, also windows need cleaning to represent the light and view the harbour view deserves.

Pros:

Beautiful location lovely views and close to the tram for getting into the city centre

Cons:

Only suggestion I’d say is a mini fridge in the rooms. Hot place and cool drinks needed.

Fabulous stay, easy to get into the city centre via tram 26.
Pros:

Fantastic hotel- rooms are clean & modern. Food is lovely- especially the pizzas.

Cons:

Could do with some different pillows, they weren’t the most comfortable.
