Pros:

The hotel was located close to the tram and the restaurant in the hotel had an amazing team and chef. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back.

We loved the rooms but the heater was not working well.

Cons:

The room was greeted by a too strong smell of cleaning chemicals. Horrible shower gel. Vegan products :) A non-allergic person developed a skin allergy from your vegan shampoo! It hasn't stopped yet.. The room lighting control is idiotic, very annoying! There is no towel dryer! No radiator! The shower water function control is idiotic! No disposable slippers!

It ’s quite cheap so maybe my expectations were too high
Pros:

The bed was quite comfortable

Cons:

We stayed in a Superior room, nothing superior about it. No wardrobes, no mini bar, tiny bathroom - shower water went everywhere. Chipped paint, old floor, condensation on the window. Lights were a mystery!
Housekeeping didn’t turn up.

There was a fire alarm early in the morning - full evacuation and no staff knew what to do. That should be a worry for management along with lack of housekeeping.

Worst hotel I have ever been

I have never experienced such shocking, disrespectful, and outright hostile behavior from hotel staff in my entire life. What was supposed to be a simple overnight stay turned into a humiliating and stressful nightmare.

Despite having a confirmed reservation, we were informed upon arrival that our room was not available. No explanation, no apology, no solution. Instead of taking responsibility for their mistake, the staff became rude, dismissive, and aggressive.

To make matters even worse, we were verbally abused and insulted by staff members. Being yelled at and treated like we were a nuisance rather than paying guests is completely unacceptable. At no point did anyone try to help us or show even a basic level of professionalism.

Unbelievably, we were then told that we were not even allowed to wait in the lobby. Yes a hotel that refuses to let stranded guests wait inside after they failed to provide the booked room. This level of arrogance and lack of hospitality is beyond comprehension.

This place clearly has no respect for its guests, no customer service standards, and no idea what the word “hospitality” even means. If you value basic human decency, professionalism, or peace of mind, stay far away from this hotel.

I would not recommend this place to anyone not even for free. An absolute disgrace.
