Pros:

The location is amazing, very walkable and I felt very safe. The staff was nice and it was nice to have someone at the front desk at all times for security and to help point me in the right direction. The room was clean and comfortable. Wifi worked well.

Cons:

Very loud with guests in and out in the middle of the night. I'm a pretty sound sleeper but Friday-Sunday it was very loud at multiple times in the night.

Lovely Staff and Location
Pros:

Great location—close to El Poblado yet far enough from the hustle and bustle to remain peaceful. The staff were extremely kind and helpful, assisting us with everything we needed. The cleanliness was impeccable.

Breakfast was simple but good.

Cons:

The only drawback was the lack of windows in our room. We had booked a Deluxe Queen expecting it to have at least one window, but the room was quite small and had no real way to get fresh air apart from the door.

L'emplacement,la terrasse pour le petit déjeuner ,garde des valises

Cons:

L'hôtel met à disposition une cafetière ce qui est top mais le matin à 6 heures c'est un forum de discussion donc cela résonne et vous êtes en première loge

Buena ubicación, pero desayuno y habitación mejorables

Me gustó la ubicación del sitio y la comodidad de las camas.

Cons:

No me gustó el desayuno, ya que la relación precio-calidad fue baja, no ofrecían mucho y lo que había no era de calidad. Además la pieza en donde nos quedamos, tenía una gotera y al momento del checkout no comentamos las inconformidades porque el recepcionista fue muy tosco.
