Comfortabel hotel in fijne wijk
Pros:

Fijne ligging in wijk El Polado, fijne kamer met raam maar let op de meeste kamers hebben geen raam. Goed ontbijt en vriendelijk personeel. Goed bed.

Cons:

‘S avonds vaak geluid van receptionisten die op hun telefoon filmpjes kijken en ‘s morgens personeel wat wat luidruchtig kan zijn maar is het enige

Tolle Lage - unprofessionelle Hotel-Leitung
Pros:

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, dass sich um Ihre Gäste bemüht.

Cons:

Leider war es in der Nacht unterhalb meines Zimmers durch die Reception immer wieder sehr laut. Ich war nun zum zweiten mal in diesem haus und habe dies bezüglich gewisse Anregungen an die Direktion versendet. Die Leitung sah aber keine Veranlassung auf mein Mail schreiben zu reagieren. Dies ist sehr schade, denn das Personal bemüht sich für Ihre Gäste bekommt aber anscheinend keine Unterstützung von Oben!!!
Das Frühstück ist sehr minimalistisch und auch nicht sehr einladend. 3 Tage lang nur Bananen als Früchte...

Pros:

Buena limpieza de la habitación, personal amable y buen desayuno en una terraza bonita donde había ardillas :)

Cons:

Habitación algo pequeña, si es para pocos días no hay problema. Algo costoso para lo que ofrece.

Gute und saubere Unterkunft!
Pros:

Die Unterkunft ist in einer guten Lage, man ist fußläufig nur ein paar Minuten vom Zentrum entfernt.

Es war sehr sauber und Zimmerservice hat auch sehr gut funktioniert!

Cons:

Unser Deluxe Zimmer lag leider genau über der Rezeption. Die Treppe ist sehr offen und man hört leider jedes Wort, das unten gesprochen wird. Durch die 24 Stunden Rezeption, sitzt auch stets die ganze Nacht jemand unten am Empfang. Ich kann natürlich verstehen, dass einem auch mal langweilig wird und man mit dem Handy spielt. Aber jedes reel, dass da unten in einer Lautstärke auf dem Handy abgespielt wird, lässt einen oben leider nicht schlafen. Es ist extrem hellhörig.

A peine un standard 2 etoiles
Pros:

L’emplacement dans un quartier tranquille a 10’ a pieds du centre d’el poblado

Cons:

Pas de fenetre ! Vaguement une lucarne donnant sur le couloir
Service tres reduit: chambre pas nettoyée , on nous a répondu qu’il aurait fallu le demander… mentionné nul part
Petit déjeuner sommaire et sans choix

El personal fue muy amable en todo momento, estaba muy limpio lo cual nos gustó mucho. La ubicación está perfecta.
Pros:

La ubicación es muy buena, muy seguro, y muchos restaurantes y cafeterías cerca.

Cons:

Los cuartos son muy pequeños y encerrados, no hay luz natural ni ventilación.
El baño es muy incómodo porque es muy pequeño.
El desayuno es sencillo, huevo, café/jugo, pan, y cereal, funciona para pasar la mañana.
