Pros:

La ubicación.

Cons:

El servicio, nos mandaron un conductor al aeropuerto para buscarnos que nos dejo tirados. Y el hotel respondió muy tarde los mensajes de booking haciéndonos esperar más de una hora en el aeropuerto hasta que decidimos pedir un uber. Se disculparon con que el conductor fue el culpable, que él se fue y no nos esperó al nosotros no salir del aeropuerto a la hora de llegada del vuelo. Si un vuelo llega 16.30 claramente las personas saldrán del lugar 20 o 30 minutos después por los trámites a realizar y pasar control migratorio.
Tampoco nos avisaron ni se comunicaron ni resolvieron.

No tuvimos agua caliente durante 3 días.

No nos hicieron el aseo el último día ni avisaron que posiblemente los domingos no se hacía el aseo.

El desayuno era aceptable pero tenía fruta de mala calidad, pasada.

Cons:

Habitación muy pequeña y el desayuno sin más. Está cerca del centro poblado, pero en días festivos es peligroso andar por ahí.

Great location, but disappointing room conditions and value for money
Pros:

The location of this hotel is excellent, making it very easy to get around, and having breakfast on the rooftop terrace with views over the city was a decent start to the day.

Cons:

My overall stay was quite disappointing, especially given the positive reviews which did not reflect the reality of the accommodation and services provided. None of the rooms have exterior windows, they only open onto an interior corridor. This detail was not made clear, and had I known, I would not have booked. As a result, the room was dark, very humid, and had a noticeable damp odor, particularly in the bathroom. To make matters worse, we also spotted three cockroaches in our room during our stay. Overall, it felt overpriced compared to better options nearby in the same price range, and I hope the hotel becomes more transparent about its room setups.

Pros:

Cuentan con una ubicación excelente en el poblado cerca de restaurantes y área tranquila
El personal súper cordial, muy atentos

Cons:

Solo tomar en cuenta que si vas con maletas muy grandes puede ser un poco reducido el espacio en la habitación

Tuve una muy buena experiencia. El personal de recepción fue muy amable y atento durante toda mi estancia. Las instalaciones estaban limpias y bien cuidadas. Sin duda, es un hotel que recomiendo y al que volvería en una próxima visita.

Cons:

Como sugerencia de mejora, sería ideal contar con almohadas más suaves. Solicité si era posible cambiar un par, pero no había otra opción disponible. Aun así, el personal de recepción fue muy amable y me ayudó facilitándome una cobija más acolchada, que pude usar como almohada. Agradezco mucho la disposición que tuvieron para ayudarme. :)

Se oye completamente todo, sientes todo lo que pasa, no se puede dormir, el aire estaba dañado con un ruido tenaz, no es un lugar si quieres descansar.
