Staff and facilities was amazing. Only thing is the power outages.

Cons:

Property is new and upcoming, only thing I’d improve is the road or passage way for parking!! Needs to be asphalt.

It was Always clean, the staff were extremely kind and welcoming. Also the laundry option was excellent.

Cons:

You had to sign a waiver every time you brought food from another place to the hotel. It was very odd.

Great staff, really helpful and very clean rooms the shuttle to and from the airport was a pleasant surprise

Cons:

The area the hotel is situated felt a bit sketchy.The stay was also dampened by poor shower pressure and a lack of variety at breakfast

Très bon hôtel malgré quelques manquements
Pros:

Staff sympa mais quelques difficultés de communication. Excellent petit déjeuner mais... le machiatto en supplément. Le nouveau fitness est excellent, grand et très bien équipé. La partie Spa est très bien également avec un espace hammam et de grandes douches bien chaudes.

Cons:

La toilette de notre chambre était cassée et malgré 4 demandes à 4 membres du personnel, rien n'a été fait. Et de plus crasseux à mon arrivée... Le sauna fonctionnait pas.
