A unique experience, away from the cities and noise, but just a short taxi from Aswan, plus hotel provided boat crossing.
If you want something different this place is a great option. The staff are friendly, prices reasonable, food lovely.
The Nubian people are super friendly and we were welcomed twice by locals who offered us a hot drink and wouldn't accept any payment.
The hotel has Kayaks for hire, you can swim in the Nile.
For us it was a perfect spot for a short stay relaxing after Cairo and Alexandia sight seeing and noise!
If you want typical western hotel food and facilities this is not the place for you.

Small, welcoming hotel with beautiful views. Staff was kind. Food was delicious and plentiful. Host invited us to join him for a beautiful sunset at one of the locals favorite areas.
The property is really beautiful, set on an island of Aswan. The welcomed me in like I was apart of their family and made it feel more homely. It is such a beautiful property and accessible only by boat. The island is beautiful. Plus their kitchen is incredible - the food was delicious! I would always recommend people to stay here for the peaceful atmosphere and the incredible sunrises over the water.
The property is very beautiful. It is not every day that you get to sleep in a room with brick barreled ceiling. We could see the high dam from the patio of our room. Very nice little boat ride across the River to get to it. The food was plentiful. Very quiet and peaceful. Loved it!
Deligjtful hosting, excellent vienes and delicious food, a MUST away from noisy and dusty town, a deserved , fresh and peaceful stop for the adventure. Also, their cuisine is DELICIOUS. They arrange efficiently all for you, boat, tours and taxi to Airport.

I had an incredible experience staying at Miskaa Nubian House! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality and felt immediately at home. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, always making sure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable.
The room was beautifully decorated with authentic Nubian touches, and it was clear that great care had been put into making the space both cozy and functional. The bed was comfortable, and the view from the window was absolutely stunning.
The location is perfect—peaceful yet conveniently located close to the beautiful Nile. I especially enjoyed the traditional Nubian meals offered at the hotel. Each dish was delicious and gave me a taste of the rich culture of the area.
What stood out the most was the overall atmosphere of the hotel. It felt like a peaceful oasis, blending culture, comfort, and hospitality perfectly. I left feeling relaxed and enriched by the experience.

The costumer service offered is amazing.
They did everything to make us feel comfortable and enjoy the Nilo River experience.
Due the hot weather it’s impossible to stay inside the room cause even the AC can’t handle it. However we could enjoy swimming in Nilo River during this hot weather.
