Paní na recepci milá, hotel i pokoj čistý.

Cons:

Nepohodlná postel, matrace extra tvrdá, polštář starý proleželý na placku, deka malá. V koupelně nebylo mýdlo na ruce. Dva tisíce za noc pro dvě osoby je absolutní nesmysl. Znovu do tohoto hotelu nikdy.

Good option in Novy Bor
Pros:

The location was very good and Novy Bor actually has plenty of restaurants etc. to offer at only walking distance. The price was ok. Bathroom and rooms as such were a bit old style, but OK, A great benefit was the free parking next to the hotell if you arrive in time. Very nice breakfast area that could be better utliized.

Cons:

Only one key and limited availability at the reception. Difficult for one person to go out etc. The beds were extremely hard. The elevator was out of order and there were no posibilities to boil water, no refridgerator and to possible to buy anything from a vending machine etc. The breakfast was ok, but little variation. Also had to ask for things to be filled up when empty (warm water, eggs etc.)

Környék jó, minden közel van.

Cons:

Este 7-kor bezárják a parkolót, nem lehet ki vagy beállni ezután, és a kocsit sem lehet megközelíteni mert csak az utcáról közelíthető meg a parkoló. Vagy kulcsot kellene adni mindenkinek vagy valamilyen kártyás megoldás kellene. Bejárati ajtót a vendégnek kell nyitni-zárni – nem tetszett. Hűtőszekrény jó lenne a szobába!

Schönes Altbauhotel mit großen Zimmern und einem schönen Speisesaal. Nettes Personal, gutes Frühstück, Preis-Leistungsverhältnis passt!

Umístění blízko centra.
Možnost parkování, ovšem... viz níže...
Čisto.

Cons:

1) Od 23 hod. každý večer nějaký soused vypouští ven psa, který hodně nahlas štěká a několikrát za noc až do rána mne každou noc vzbudil. Kdybych tam bydlel déle, tak bych to řešil jako rušení nočního klidu.
2) Rozbitý výtah :(
3) Parkování se na noc zamyká a není klíč k dispozici pro případný nutný odjezd.
4) V recepci není stálá služba, takže se tam nedají nechat klíče od pokoje, jako je to běžné jinde.

Not really grand hotel
Cons:

The reception was closed...We arrived at 20.30hrs and were unable to get the room as nobody was there. Other guests let us in the hotel but despite many calls we could get the receptionist responce. I the end we had to look for other place to sleep. Unbelievable! It happened first time to me. The reservation was confirmed all details for us like phone number was there sovthe hotel knew yhat we were going to arrive yet yhey simply did not care!
