Great hotel, disappointing staff
Pros:

Our first room (standard studio) was spacious and it had everything needed (small fridge, kitchen, coffee machine). We also liked the breakfast which was diverse.

Cons:

The staff was not very involved. Even though the hotel has a very nice bar, the serving goes very slowly. We had to change our room because of the bad smell in the drain, but we guess this is a general problem in Montenegro. During our last day, we decided to stay one extra night. The receptionist told us they have 1 room free (superior room with sea view). We confirmed, but we were surprised to receive a standard room (smaller, no coffee machine, completely different than the one on the website). In the end, we basically had to pay more for a basic room.

Хороший отель, цена/качество соответствует.
Pros:

Отличный отель, новый, современный, камерный! Очень приветливый и вежливый персонал! На выезде дали пакет с круассанами и водой в дорогу, очень заботливо с вашей стороны) Расположение тоже хорошее, близко к парковой зоне и пляжам.

Cons:

Завтраки выглядели очень привлекательно с виду, но на вкус еда была сильно соленая и не свежая.

Fabulous!
Pros:

Excellent location, superclean apartments dully equipped, breakfast was amazing ( with so manyyy choices). One of the best hotels on the Adriatic cost!!!

Cons:

Only the noise from the room next to us, the made so much noise at the night, but that is not hotels fault.

במלון במיקום קצת רחוק מהכל, אבל האיזור שלו מושלם לכל המלונות היפים וליד הקזינו המפואר
המלון מהממם, נוף מדהים
והשירות של כל הצוות מצוין

החדר סטנדרט ממש קטן
לא היה מקום למזוודות
אבל לא היינו כל היום בחדר שעוד איכשהו לא הרגשנו את זה

La piscina estaba bien y con muy buenas vistas

Cons:

Mi habitación muy mala , pequeña, el baño ínfimo, muchas escaleras para llegar a la habitación, tuvimos una polilla en el baño durante 2 días y nadie la limpió. Es un hotel nuevo pero fallan muchas cosas : el aire acondicionado, la televisión , el parking dicen que es gratuito y hay que aparcar fuera si hay sitio etc...

אנשי הצוות מסבירי פנים, דאגו להכל, נתנו טיפים
קרוב מאוד לחופים ולתצפיות שתמיד מומלצות,
החדר גדול, מכיל כל מה שצריך לשהות
חניה חינם במתחם המלון אם יש מקום במידה ולא תשלום של 10 יורו לחניה בתוך החניות המסודרות של המלון.

Cons:

אופציות ארוחות בוקר לטבעונים היו פחות טובות, הסתפקנו בשקדים, ובננות.
בגלל שאנחנו אח ואחות ביקשנו לקבל חדר עם שתי מיטות עוד בהזמנה לא התחשבו בבקשה וגם שביקשנו יום לאחר מכן לעבור אמרו להגיע מוקדם בבוקר ולדבר עם המנהלת מה שלא הספקנו לעשות וככה נאלצנו להסתפק במיטה זוגית.
אז נראה לי שווה לטלפן ולוודא את הנושא

Perfect hotel, cleaning service, staff that helps with any questions, location 15 minutes from the center of Budva, but there is a huge advantage of peace and quiet and a pampering hotel, a pool, a gym, and everything is clean and shiny. So you ask where the downside is. What bothered us was that there was no place where you could drink coffee or Ness Coffee or just something small to eat that we bought from outside or from the market, not in the lobby or at the pool. This is fine and proper, but I would like a place where you can make coffee and something small and sit quietly and peacefully without being told that it is forbidden.
