Modern, clean, cozy. You must rent a car (or use your own) to truly enjoy your stay here.
Pros:

It's modern cozy apartments hotel with high level of cleanliness, hospitable staff. Parking is available inside hotel (with fee) or near (free). One of the best cost-effective hotels in budva or near.
Breakfasts were variative and nice.
It's placed near town - Budva. And you need rent a car or order quite expensive taxi for every journey. So, my recommendation - use own car or rent else you will not see any best beaches (like Jaz) and others.

Eccezionale per relax e visite nei dintorni
Pros:

Cordialità e disponibilità dello staff. Posizione comoda per spiagge e ristoranti raggiungibili anche a piedi (Sveti Stefan in 15 min). Ampia varietà di proposta per la colazione.

Cons:

Qualche accorgimento in più sulla pulizia della camera. Dimensioni della camera un po' limitate a favore però di un ampio bagno.

The service was excellent, and all the staff were very friendly. The outdoor pool was beautifully maintained, and everything was very clean overall; the room was nice and spacious with a great view of the pool and the ocean.

Prezzo eccessivo per la qualità e servizi offerti.
Pros:

Struttura nel complesso molto bella camera con vista stupenda. Piscina comodissima dotata di tutto il neccessario, personale quasi tutti molto accoglienti e simaptici.

Cons:

Formiche nella stanza, penso per via della poca pulizia infatti c’era molta polvere e nel complesso la stanza non era pulita come si deve. Purtroppo ci siamo trovati le formiche anche nel letto un paio di notti mentre dormivamo. Eccessiva rigidità avrei apprezzato che mi avessero lasciato parcheggiare l’auto per 40 minuti dopo il check out visto che il garage era praticamente vuoto e sarei andato via poco dopo ma mi hanno negato e detto che non posso parcheggiare. Lo capirei se fossero stati pieni ma era vuoto con qualche auto dentro.. poi un altro aspetto negativo è che per certe stanze bisogna fare molte scale ed è come un labirinto e se si stà più notti non è comodo. Insomma hotel con molta pontenzialità ma per il prezzo non rispetta gli standard.

Fijn!
Pros:

Het hotel heeft een fijne locatie, op ongeveer tien minuten rijden van Budva. Tijdens de spits kan de reistijd wel wat langer zijn. Het hotel zelf is mooi, modern en nieuw.

Een groot nadeel en wat mij betreft echt een gemiste kans, is dat er geen strijkijzer beschikbaar is. Ook niet op aanvraag of via de receptie. Dit heb ik eerlijk gezegd nog nooit meegemaakt in een hotel. Wil je iets strijken, zelfs iets kleins zoals een sjaaltje, dan ben je aangewezen op de laundry service, en die kosten lopen behoorlijk snel op.

Al met al een fijne plek als je Budva en de omgeving wilt ontdekken. Personeel is zeer vriendelijk!

Pros:

La terraza con piscina, el desayuno, la habitación aunque el baño es un poco pequeño pero suficiente. La orientación del hotel con unas puestas de sol impresionantes.

Cons:

Es como un laberinto. Si tienes problemas de movilidad no es el mas apropiado. Muchas escaleras.

The location! It is so hard to get anywhere if you don't have a car. Even going to the shops, beaches, etc across the road means you need to take the underground tunnel and climb numerous stairs
