Pros:

Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Siamo stati accolti come a casa e abbiamo trovato persone squisite. Molto comodo che il proprietario parli molto bene italiano. Posizione strategica ad un passo dalla spiaggia, cosa molto comoda anche per la cena

It was calm and really peacefull and very close to the beach.

Endroit idéal pour profiter de zanzibar sans la folie touristique du nord de l’île
Pros:

La gentillesse des hôtes et leurs conseils pour nous aider à programmer nos journées (organisations excursions et journée taxi à prix très très convenable)
La piscine et l’environnement extérieur de l’hôtel
La proximité immédiate de la plage
Le petit déjeuner est très bon
Le calme de l’endroit

La salle de bain de notre chambre serait à remettre à jour

Experience 10! Highly recommended :)
Pros:

We had an experience 10/10 in Malik Villa. The hosts of the villa; Nadir, his wife Gabi and their little baby Sofi treated us like if we were their family too.
Every morning, we had an amazing breakfast all made in the moment and super fresh, including fruits, juices, eggs, and a delicious crepe and bread.
They have a lot of table games were we could play during the evening. They also have a bar & restaurant so you can have a coke there, have some dinner and much more! We had an incredible grilled chicken the first night, as we were tired and did not to go out of the Villa!
The room was very clean and comfortable! You can sleep very well since it is located in a very silent path.
The last day, we had to leave after the checkout time, and they told us to stay in the pool without any additional cost, so it was a perfect morning by the pool.

Thanks a lot to Gabi & Nadir for this amazing days by your side! I can only recommend everyone staying in Malik Villa!

Pros:

Nadir e sua moglie sono estremamente gentili e disponibili. Ci ha aiutato e consigliato sulle attività che potevamo svolgere giorno per giorno, e si è curato personalmente di prenotarcele. Inoltre, cucina molto bene, quindi mangiare in hotel è un piacere. Infine, parla molto bene l’italiano, il che sicuramente facilita il tutto.

Cons:

Migliorerei alcune piccolezze come: il numero e dimensione degli asciugamani forniti; variare maggiormente la colazione, per quanto sia molto buona!

Very nice stay in a beautiful location. Definitely a hotel I would recommend.
Pros:

Gabi and Nadir the owners/managers are extremely kind and helpful. The rooms and beds are very good. The swimming pool is superb. Good is nice.

Cons:

The bathroom could be slightly improved, including a leaking tap.

Pros:

The swimming pool was okay.
The host organized transport for us at an affordable rate.

Cons:

The bed was not comfortable. The mattress was worn out and the bed sqeeked the entire time.
The towels were also worn out and lost color.
The breakfast was very basic and they did not have any alternative for someone who doesn't eat eggs. My wife had to content with black tea and a toasted bread.

Its ok for a short stay, but Malik Villas needs to step up their game if the want to be competitive.
Pros:

Cons:

The aircon didnt work a lot of the time, as there was no electricity due to unpaid billls! (not talking about the normal power cuts). Staff were often not available or so laid back that they didnt care. very slow service’

Pros:

We spend here couple of days . Staff and food was amazing, good vibes from local people. The best what I never seen IT’s was warm water in the swimming pool even during the evening. I really recommend this place if you want take a rest. This place was quiet but very close to the beach if you feel to walk in the morning.

I believe it’s gona look very beautiful when finished :)
Pros:

Accomodation is very close to the beach. Breakfast was abundant and the staff very friendly. I could walk out in the village if wanted some local life. Air con was strong and providing refreshment. During my stay the villa was still evolving and you could see that it’s a thoughtful project.

Cons:

In the time of my stay there was no wifi in the room but only at the bar.
For me personally I d like to have sun proof curtains; I was woken up by the sun.
