Prelep hotel,odlična lokacija, ljubazno osoblje, sve preporuke za odmor i boravak u Herceg Novom.

Cold nights without heating prevented us from enjoying our stay
Pros:

Excellent pre-arrival communication set positive expectations. The hotel’s great location and free private parking (about 10 spots with 3 on the street) made it easy to explore without using our car. We enjoyed the welcoming atmosphere, fresh breakfasts, a clean and pleasant room with a beautiful sea view, and the friendly, attentive staff. Use Waze, not Google Maps, to find the hotel. Otherwise, the route may lead to a large staircase, making it difficult to reverse on a steep incline.

Cons:

Although the hotel is presented as luxurious, some advertised amenities were missing. Bathrobes and a coffee machine were not provided. The room description mentioned air conditioning and heating with no date restrictions; however, the heating was not operational until mid-October. With nighttime temperatures around 12°C, this made the stay uncomfortable. When we raised this at reception, we were told that heating was unnecessary because daytime temperatures reached 20°C. Guest comfort can vary, however, and spending cold nights without heating was disappointing—especially considering we had experienced better heating in more affordable accommodations.
Some practical information was also missing. We were unable to make the TV work, and after waiting at the front desk and trying to reach the emergency number, it took about 90 minutes to receive assistance. The issue required only a simple operational tip. The Wi-Fi code, which was displayed on an A4 sheet at the reception, was also not provided or pointed out at check-in.
The shower lacked shelves for toiletries, which may be inconvenient, particularly for older guests. Only two small bottles of shower gel were provided, with no bar soap or larger dispensers, which felt below expectations.
Lastly, we were surprised by the strict policy prohibiting outside food and drinks, including storing them in the fridge, with possible confiscation. Clearer communication of this policy on Booking.com would help manage expectations, especially for guests alternating between hotels and apartment rentals, and clarify how food requiring refrigeration should be handled.

Lep kratko bivanje na čudoviti lokaciji.
Pros:

Mali zelo lepo urejen hotel na odlični lokaciji. Dober zajtrk in udobna postelja ter čudovit razgled iz terase.

Cons:

Dostop in parkirišče za avtomobile nista najbolj urejena. Ob konce sezone niso delovale več storitve (wellnes, bazen).
