Cons:

إقامتي كانت سيئة جدًا. نظافة الغرفة غير مقبولة، والمراتب لها رائحة كريهة، ولا يوجد فرش أسنان أو معجون أو شبشب. باب الحمام لا يُغلق، وعند إبلاغ العامل كان رده: (هو كده). التكييف لم يكن يعمل. الإفطار ضعيف جدًا وغير جيد إطلاقًا من حيث الجودة والتنوع. كذلك معاملة الموظفين كانت غير لائقة. تجربة لن أكررها.

Pros:

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with my recent stay. We specifically booked and paid for a Nile View room, but upon arrival, we were placed in a different room without the promised view.

Furthermore, the room's condition was unacceptable:

Hygiene: The room and bed linens were not clean upon arrival.

Maintenance: The furnishings and equipment were outdated and poorly maintained.

Service: Despite our stay extending beyond a day, the room was never cleaned, and the trash was not emptied.

This experience fell far short of the standards expected. I look forward to your prompt response regarding a partial refund or compensation for these grievances.

L’hotel era in una buona posizione, nella parte collocato sulla east bank, vicino a Karnak.

La terrazza che dava sul Nilo con la piscina molto carina.

Cons:

Prima di prenotare con Booking mi sono recata all’hotel per vedere se il prezzo senza le commissioni di Booking potesse essere favorevole.
Invece alla reception mi hanno chiesto il triplo del prezzo di Booking, per poi scendere subito di prezzo dopo la mia volontà di prenotare tramite il sito.
Inoltre avevo chiesto a voce una stanza con letto matrimoniale che alla reception mi avevano detto non essere disponibile, mentre sul sito di Booking lo era.
Un hotel è il suo staff dovrebbe tutelare il cliente e il turista, non cercare di guadagnarci sopra il triplo dei soldi.

La camera era veramente sporca, la moquette sembrava non essere stata pulita da tempo immemore. L’unica presa accanto al letto era difettosa.
L’odore della stanza era molto sgradevole, puzzava di fumo e di sporco.
Le lenzuola macchiate e piene di peli!
I vetri delle finestre sottilissimi e poco isolati, per cui si sentivano tutti i rumori della strada e la preghiera all’alba.

- เป็นโรงแรมแบบ family management ช้าบ้าง แต่ทุกคนยิ้มแย้มต้อนรับดีมาก
- Facility ค่อนข้างครบ และสะดวกสบาย
- ดาดฟ้าเป็นร้านอาหารและสระว่ายน้ำ บรรยากาศดี ชมวิวเมืองได้ 360 องศา
- เตียงในห้องพักนอนสบาย ทุกห้องมีหน้าต่างชมวิวเมือง เครื่องปรับอากาศเย็นมาก แม้จะเก่า ชอบเลย
- ห้องน้ำใหญ่มาก มีอ่างอาบน้ำทุกห้อง
- อยู่ติดกับตลาดขายของที่ระลึก ใกล้ท่าเรือข้ามฝาก Luxor temple และสถานีรถไฟ เดินไปได้เลยภายใน 5-10 นาที

Cons:

- ขอ Late check-out 1 ห้อง โดยยินดีจ่ายเพิ่มครึ่งหนึ่ง แต่พนักงานกลับเสนอราคาเท่ากับเข้าพัก 2 คืน!
- บรรยากาศเก่านิดหน่อย ลิฟท์ไม่ทำงาน 1 จาก 2 ตัว ชั้น 5-6 มีการก่อสร้าง (สร้างใหม่ ไม่ใช่ renovate) หากใช้บันไดต้องระวังเศษปูน
- คุณภาพของวัตถุดิบอาหารค่อนข้างต่ำ ใช้เศษเนื้อผสมแป้งปรุงแต่งสี ต้องปรับปรุงมากๆ
- กดชักโครก ที่กดหลุดทำน้ำพุ่งทั้งห้องน้ำ ต้องสวมกลับเข้าไปใหม่หลังน้ำหยุดพุ่ง ควรตรวจสอบและเปลี่ยนแปลง
- ข้างโรงแรมมีคนขับรถม้า รถแท็กซี่ และคนจากร้านขายของ คอยเรียกผู้เข้าพัก จนถึงขั้นก่อกวนให้รำคาญใจ โรงแรมควรหาวิธีจัดการเพื่อสร้างบรรยากาศที่ดี
- ควรปรับปรุงเรื่องพื้นฐานทั่วไปที่ทำเป็นประจำ อาทิ ลดเวลาและกระบวนการ check-in จากรอห้อง 15 นาที ให้เหลือ 3 นาที การเตรียมรหัส wifi เป็นต้น จะทำให้ผู้พักประทับใจเพิ่มขึ้นได้มาก
- ควรปรับปรุงขอบหน้าต่างห้องพักให้กันเสียงรบกวนจากภายนอก

La piscine et le restaurant au dernier étage vraiment top. Le personnel est vraiment bien et bon petit déjeuner. Pour le reste, la cambre était propre

Cons:

Le bruit de la circulation et de la mosquée même les fenêtres fermées. Il faut les changer !
