Soggiorno tutto normale, grazie al mitico Useif che ci ha aiutato un casino super gentile e bravissimo ti aiuta per tutt
Pros:

Posizione ottima a pochi passi sei in centro, c’era sempre qualcuno a tua disposizione 24 ore su 24, hotel tenuto bene colazione ottima super gentili.

Cons:

unica cosa che hotel risiede in un palazzo al quarto piano, ingresso un po lasciato andare. Ascensore funzionante ma non a quelli che siamo abituati noi.

Excellent location, great value for money
Pros:

Excellent location and staff super helpful, service with a smile. Rooms were very clean and good size, it’s located on the 4th floor with lift. Special thanks to Mohammed for the numerous cups of teas he so kindly prepared.

Everything was absolutely wonderful! We had a nice room with a king-size bed in the heart of Cairo. The staff is wonderful, with special thanks to Yusuf and Mohammed, who are always ready to help. The breakfasts were delicious and filling.

Hotel al centro di Cairo, ma fortunatamente in un vicolo abbastanza silenzioso . Come in tanti hanno scritto , l'entrata del palazzo è fatiscente (ma comunque in linea con lo standard della città) ma l'albergo al IV piano è molto pulito, staff gentile e disponibile alle richieste . Collazione soddisfacente. Ho apprezzato il fatto che il proprietario si è preso degli appunti su alcune piccole carenze di tipo gestionale ( 1 bottiglietta d'acqua a testa /*dì, il controllo del sapone e bagnoschiuma giornaliero - in quanto rifanno la stanza solo su richiesta- , aggiungerei che nella camera da 3 persone forse il boiler per l'acqua calda è un po troppo piccolo) . rapporto qualità prezzo direi ottimo.

The staff has little emphaty and force for what he needs.
Pros:

The location, and somehow the elevator that look like it come out of scary movie. It is funny experience to ride that elevator.

Cons:

The staff insist and somehow force me in every way he can to have I change the hotel in the third night. At first, I was promise to change only the room in the same hotel but in the end he insist and have me change the hotel anyway. He promise to have a free airport transfer to compensate, but I don't want and too tired to fight his persistence. I didn't accept it in the end. I am not mad but this is not what you should do to customer.

From other reviews it seems like he also insist people to give a good review. My review may be a little drop in the sea. But I would like to remind that this act is destroying the image of egyptian tourism industry.

The other staff is good though.

Definetely good stay! Big clean and comfy room, good beds and shower. Nice balcony view and breakfast. People who work there also very friendly. No traffic noise (but may be good idea to ask for quiet room :)
