I had a great stay at Hola Cairo Hotel. Special thanks to Youssef for his kindness, professionalism, and always making sure everything was perfect. Also many thanks to Mohamed and Nissma for their warm hospitality and excellent service. Highly recommended hotel in Cairo!

Pros:

Great location in downtown, which made getting around very convenient. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout my stay, especially Nesma and youcef, who all went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable. Their hospitality and professionalism really made the experience even better. Highly recommend this place for both the perfect location and the excellent service

Nice and clean hotel, located in the city center
Pros:

Very well located, easy to get everywhere and easy to find cheap food nearby. Staff are very kind and helpful but special mention to the night shift man who always prepare us an early breakfast almost everyday (his name is Ahmed or Mohamed, I don’t know). He was a gem ! Very kind, calm, soft and always have these special attention for us and for the kids everytime. Room was in general comfortable and have enough space to put our stuff. Staff always have been a good advisor for where to eat. Money changer just behind the hotel. Fixed price supermarket (hammam market) within 5 min. They can clean your room anytime you ask for it.

Cons:

Like all hotel in the city center, I guess, we heard a lot of noises from the street. If you are sensitive, better to get something to protect your ear. It’s more quiet after 1 am to 6 am. Breakfast quality and quantity depends on who prepare it for you. Difficult to have a water on breakfast time as they only offer tea or coffee, which is not suitable for small kids. Depends on the morning, We haven’t been offered any drinks for kids for their breakfast. (the night shift guy was a gem and always make sure we have water for the kid’s breakfast. Can’t thank him enough for his delicate attention). The bed is a bit hard but ok for young people. Old people or people with back issues may find it hard for their back.

Chambre propre et spacieuse. Personnel vous accueille correctement (même si les business annexe ne sont jamais très loin).

Cons:

Le bruit!!! Sachez qu'au Caire, les routes sont EXTRÊMEMENT bruyantes car les chauffeurs conduisent au klaxon. Le problème du logement est qu'il n'est absolument pas isolé. Vous aurez l'impression d'être dehors au niveau du bruit. Sauf à avoir un sommeil très lourd, vous vous réveillerez plusieurs fois chaque nuit. C'est certain. Donc mauvaise expérience pour ma part dans cet hôtel. J'aurais dû mettre un peu plus de budget pour une meilleure qualité d'hébergement.
Le transfert aéroport-hotel beaucoup trop cher.

Definately going back here, Nesma was very helpful
Pros:

Location and price and friendly and helpful staff are the key reasons to go back. The staff helped us by going out of the way to make things convenient and were very friendly. The food was great and some fab restaurants around the hotel and great shopping within 2-3 minutes walk.
They also arranged car rides and the staff helped us in shopping. They really went out of their way to help us

Cons:

The building was old and the hotel at 4th floor so their elevator is a dangerous one. Just about enough to take the bags up. The city center has its other disadvantages that the hotel cannot help, for example, mosquitoes and hundreds of stray cats that bother you in the hotel too. But apply bug spray and keep food in the fridge and you are good.

Siamo state bene, lo staff è stato fantastico con tanti consigli.
Pros:

La struttura è molto nuova e confortevole, lo staff è stato super carino e disponibile nelle richieste fatte. La posizione ottima e il quartiere perfetto per un turista che è per la prima volta al Cairo.

Cons:

Le scale non sono di loro responsabilità ma del palazzo, io non mi sono sconvolta ma immagino che qualche ospite potrebbe non esserne felice, sembrano un po' abbandonate.

Hotel with a big heart.
Pros:

Absolute gem in the heart of Cairo. Small hotel in an unassuming building. Right in the centre of a busy market, but being on the 4th floor is very quiet. Lots of eateries below including Kazaz and Karam el-sham near by. Supermarkets as well. The staff is super helpful especially Nesma.

Cons:

The breakfast was a let down. Best to stroll down and eat from a number of places around the market.

Lo mejor de El Cairo
Pros:

Experiencia 11/10 en este especial rincon de El Cairo, excelente habitacion, excelente limpieza y especial mencion al servicio de los trabajadores. Especial mencion a Youssef, es el mejor, muy atento, servicial, amable, gracioso y dispuesto a ayudarte en tu estancia, haciendote sentir como en casa. Tambien especial mencion a Rania y Nesma, con los mejores desayunos para largos dias de turismo. Muchas gracias por todo, eternamente agradecido.

Buen servicio con oportunidades por mejorar
Pros:

Amabilidad del personal, disposición a ayudar, consejos para cuidar nuestra salud, el estado de las instalaciones es muy bueno

Cons:

La calidad de la señal de WiFi era pésima
Los olores a sifón en el baño eran algo incómodos y el servicio de lavanderia debe mejorar en calidad ya que tienen muy buen precio pero entregamos 15 prendas, nos entregaron dos indicando que no las habían podido lavar, pero al recibirlas estaban húmedas y sucias (no era el estado que las entregamos) y la demás ropa no había alcanzado el punto de secado adecuado por el clima en la ciudad, secan la ropa al aire libre.

Muy buena estancia en Hola Cairo
Pros:

Alojamiento en una zona muy buena del downtown, perfecta para hacer turismo y muy bien comunicada con toda la ciudad.
La habitación estaba limpia y el desayuno estaba bien. Youssef muy simpático y servicial, nos recomendó varios sitios para tomar algo y nos trataron en todos genial al decir que ibamos de subparte.
