Reservé este alojamiento con mi pareja por casi 300 € para dos noches esperando unas condiciones mínimas de seguridad. El edificio funciona mediante códigos de acceso y durante nuestra estancia alguien entró en el apartamento y sustrajo aproximadamente 2.000 € en cash, un perfume y una batería portátil Apple que estaban guardados en nuestras maletas.
La policía acudió al alojamiento tras el incidente, no había daños aparentes, y poco pudieron esclarecer. La propiedad nos confirma ver por sus cámaras el acceso al hall y a nuestra habitación por parte de dos individuos, nada más.
No puedo afirmar quién fue el responsable del robo, pero sí que el hecho ocurrió dentro del apartamento mientras nos alojábamos allí.
La propiedad nos entregó 500 € como gesto de buena voluntad, pero esa cantidad resulta claramente insuficiente frente a las pérdidas sufridas, sumadas al coste del alojamiento. Más allá del dinero, lo más preocupante es la sensación de inseguridad que genera saber que alguien pudo acceder al alojamiento y revisar nuestras pertenencias.
Cada viajero sacará sus propias conclusiones, pero después de esta experiencia yo no volvería a alojarme aquí y recomiendo extremar las precauciones con objetos de valor.

The apartment has an excellent location and is comfortable, with good facilities for a short stay in Athens. However, my experience was seriously affected by several issues.
First, the apartment was not available at the agreed check-in time of 3:00 PM. My wife, who is pregnant, and I had just completed long international flights and expected to be able to rest upon arrival. Instead, we were required to continue waiting while the apartment was being prepared, which caused significant inconvenience and discomfort.
Second, I was concerned about the property's security arrangements. Access to the building and apartment is controlled through generic access codes, and it is unclear how frequently these codes are changed or who may still have access to them. Guests are not provided with information regarding security procedures or access control.
In addition, the apartment does not provide a safe, secure locker, or any other protected storage space for valuables. Considering the access system in place, this is an important omission.
During my stay, I discovered that USD 700 that had been stored inside a waist pouch within my backpack was missing. I immediately reported the matter to the host and requested that available CCTV footage and access records be reviewed. The circumstances surrounding this incident remain unresolved and have been reported to the relevant authorities and to Booking.com.
While the location and comfort of the apartment were positive aspects, the delayed check-in, concerns regarding access control, and lack of secure storage for valuables significantly affected my confidence in the property's security standards.
It was a great location with good amenities.
The property was not clean, there was dust everywhere. The floor was very unclean. The windows were not sound proof. So we had trouble sleeping with all the noise coming from outside. The shower sink was not working properly so there was water accumulation when you would shower.

cadde kenarında olduğu için biraz gürültü oluyor. pencereleri ve perdeleri kapatınca sesi baya kesiyor ama cam açık yatıyorsanız biraz sorun olabilir. ama geri kalan her şey gürültüyü unutturuyor. sabah trafik polisi düdüğünü duyabilirsiniz :)
