Voy a intentar ser constructivo en mis comentarios:
cuando llegamos, nos cambiaron de hotel y pasada una noche, nos pidieron cambiar de habitación. Pensamos en un upgrade pero no, fue a una BASTANTE peor. El colchón de unas de las camas se combaba y las vistas que se mostraban desde la ventana eran la de una cañería con su respectiva fauna, nada que ver con las pirámides ofertadas en la web. Sin contar que, nada más recibir las llaves de la segunda habitación, nos encontramos pelos largos negros en las paredes de la ducha, por lo que las condiciones de limpieza dejan mucho que desear.

El desayuno lo fueron a buscar a Alejandría porque sino no se entiende que tardaran más de 50 minutos en servirlo, para el turista que tiene excursiones programadas, esperar casi una hora hace que el resto del día vaya desajustado.

En definitiva, mal.

l’host e gli altri ragazzi dello staff sono gentilissimi e molto disponibili. La terrazza ha una vista mozzafiato sia di giorno che di sera e la colazione è molto buona

la stanza non era affatto come le foto di booking, molto diversa sia nell’ arredamento che nella pulizia. Il rapporto qualità prezzo rimane comunque ottimo ma ci aspettavamo qualcosina in più
