The woman who one morning prepared us breakfast was very kind even though she didn't speak English. the view of the pyramids was fantastic. there was AC and a TV that worked very well.
a lot of things. I paid in my reservation for the airport transfer included and they didn't give me (they wanted me to pay) so I had to use Uber (cause they asked for a very high price compared to what a taxi would ask), the bathroom was leaking water and sometimes there wasn't. Moreover our room was not very clean. Another thing in which they lied on the booking profile is that they asked to be paid in cash while on the profile it says they accept visa and MasterCard.
To sum up we didn't like very much our stay here. Also in the same neighborhood there's plenty of hotel with pyramids view, so I recommend going to others.
