comfortable and safety
Pros:

the breakfast was super excellent and the attention of the personal is was very nice, the location we can do anything and we con walk very safety the MOST MPORTANT IS THE VIEW from the top roof

Estupendo lugar y el personal a cargo muy atento y servicial.
Pros:

Todo muy limpio y ordenado, decoración acogedora. El personal fue muy atento conmigo, tuve un problema con mi teléfono y en todo momento estuvieron para ayudarme, fueron muy amables todos, muy empáticos. Cuando regresé a Medellín, volveré.

La vista interior da hacia unas construcciones.

Luxury, friendly, well located
Pros:

This is a very new and modern hotel with fantastic facilities - the toiletries were L’Occitane! Rooms were sleek and comfortable with smart TVs.
The staff could not have been more helpful especially Stefania and Katherin who looked after us so well, when we had a late departure.
Santy who ran the rooftop breakfast buffet was super cheerful and kind. There was even a very clean and beautifully made rooftop jacuzzi with great views.
The hotel is less than a 10 min walk from the metro station Poblado which is crucial to exploring the city.
I would love to stay here again! Hugely recommend it as a comfortable and well located base.

Het bed was erg klein, kregen meteen zonder gedoe een upgrade!
Ontbijt viel erg tegen, heel weinig keuze.

Pros:

Great location in the heart of El Poblado. The staff were very friendly, they even accommodated a late check out for free and stored our luggages before checking in

Breakfast is fine but could be improved, the area around the hotel is a bit noisy in the morning due to constructions

Woauw ! Magnifique !
Pros:

Hôtel magnifique et confortable. J’étais dans une grande et belle chambre bien décorée et en plus au 10 eme étage avec belle vue. Les produits de soin dans la salle de bains sont de qualité et le lit grand et confortable. Le déjeuner est varié et de qualité. L’hôtel se trouve à proximité du petit parc El Poblado et proche de restaurants. J’ai particulièrement apprécié le Rooftop qui sert aussi d’excellents repas !

Cons:

Petit détail. Le café du matin est de qualité mais pas en libre service. Il faut donc demander au personnel et parfois attendre un peu longtemps avant de recevoir son café.
