To be fair, the staff treated us kindly throughout the stay, and the hotel itself has potential.

Cons:

We stayed here as a couple during our trip to Medellín. Overall, the experience was okay, but definitely not what we expected considering the price. This was far from the cheapest good option available, but we chose this hotel because it looked beautiful online, had a rooftop and pool, and included breakfast.

Unfortunately, the experience started poorly. We had to request a room change immediately because the first room smelled bad and the pillows had visible stains.

The breakfast was also disappointing. The buffet did not feel like great quality, many of the hot items were cold, and when we ordered eggs, some even had eggshells in them. We also noticed stained towels in the room, which added to the feeling that cleanliness and attention to detail were lacking.

The best hotel in Medellin
Pros:

The decoration of the hotel was very impressive. Very close to the nightlife and at the same time in a quiet place. It was very quiet both, inside and outside the hotel. Very clean and with excellent quality toiletries. Breakfast wasn't a buffet but had many choices of eggs, pancakes, bowls, fruits and some local dishes.The breakfast area was on the terrace and had an amazing view. The staff was very polite and helpful.

Cómodo para turismo
Pros:

Habitación espaciosa, bonita y cómoda con cama grande y muy buenas vistas a El Poblado. Muy bien ubicado, fuimos andando al metro y a provenza.
La calle es muy tranquila y sin ruidos pero al lado de la calle principal.

Muy buena terraza con vistas donde se desayuna.

Sin problema con el aire acondicionado. En otros hoteles no puedes apagarlo por la noche.

Cons:

Tienen cortada la presión para el agua caliente, solo sale fuerte si la pones fría lo cual no es agradable para ducharse así sobre todo cuando te lavas el pelo. Deberían cambiar este detalle.

El desayuno es algo escaso para un hotel 4* y un día había mermelada y al otro ya no, lo mismo con el pan de masa madre o la fruta. Al menos no se deberían quedar sin lo poco que hay.

Se sale el agua de la ducha y moja todo.

Belle vue personnel gentil
Pros:

La vue du petit déjeuner et le petit déjeuner, les lits étaient confortables

Cons:

Le bruit de la rue avec le bar en bas qui nous a empêché de dormir, et la chambre était pas très propre surtout le sol

Las Bebidas y Snacks en la habitación no están ,, en el precio y lo peor es que no hay letreros, no hay aviso de parte del personal y no hay un listado de los precios
