La ubicación, el servicio al cliente espectacular bendiciones a todos, no me sé el nombre de todos pero la morena de recepción otra morenita que da servicio a la habitación, a todos los demás los chicos del desayuno la otra chica flaca del desayuno en fin todos, son un equipo excelente bendiciones 🙌🏾

Pros:

Todo estaba impecablemente limpio y se notaba que las instalaciones eran muy nuevas y bien cuidadas. La habitación era cómoda y acogedora, perfecta para descansar. Además, el personal fue siempre muy amable y atento, haciendo que la estancia fuera aún más agradable.

Pros:

Très bon rapport qualité-prix, emplacement entre Métro et restaurants, hôtel très propre et personnel sympa

Cons:

Nous étions en chambre 1 à côté de la réception et nous entendions toutes les discussions à l'accueil en pleine nuit ! Pas agréable pour passer de bonnes nuits...

Instalaciones muy nuevas y limpias. Buena ubicación. Mal desayuno.
Pros:

Instalaciones nuevas y limpias, cama muy cómoda y ducha súper agradable. La ubicación está genial porque está al lado de una zona muy animada pero no es ruidosa.

Cons:

La habitación era demasiado pequeña. El desayuno dejaba mucho que desear: poca variedad, huevos al gusto muy aceitosos y el café nefasto.

Pros:

The view from a high floor room and also the rooftop is stunning, the bed was massive and comfortable, and the bathroom is beautiful with a very aesthetic lighting concept. There was also water and coffee available in the room and it was cleaned every day. The staff was very friendly and responsive, and did me a big favour by storing my luggage for several days without any issue. I also loved that communication with the reception is possible over WhatsApp at any time, and there was a security person present at all times. Also, although it's not entirely quiet at night, the hotel is not in a noisy area. The location is great as it has plenty of restaurants, bars etc. very close and is also very close to the more touristy areas of El Poblado and Provenza.

Cons:

Although the lighting in the bathroom is very pretty, it is not great for getting ready in the morning, (for example putting on makeup). Also, despite the general cleanliness of the bed, bathroom etc., there were quite a lot of bugs in the room, especially at night. But overall I really enjoyed my stay,

Excelente hotel y personal
Pros:

Todo, el hotel presenta instalaciones muy modernas tal cual se ven en las imágenes y el personal sumamente atento, la comida excelente y las habitaciones igual.

Cons:

Nada, cumplió al 100% todo lo indicado.
