A localização é excelente. A equipe é atenciosa e o café da manhã é bom.
A água da banheira do nosso quarto vazou pela parede lateral, molhando todo o quarto e parte de nossas malas. Um grave problema na tubulação. Fomos alocados a outro quarto, muito velho, com aquecedor que funcionava mal e com camas e travesseiros desconfortáveis. Não havia banheira, apenas um chuveiro muto velho. No dia seguinte de manhã, não havia luz no hotel e a água não tinha pressão suficiente para chegar ao terceiro piso. Tivemos que usar um apartamento no piso inferior, que não tinha toalhas. Fomos informados que a falta de luz era um problema geral, que afetava várias cidades da região, mas, quando caminhamos pelo centro, não percebemos esse problema. Apesar da cordialidade da equipe, o hotel tem graves problemas de manutenção e creio que a avaliação atual na plataforma não esteja condizente com as condições atuais de oferta do serviço de hospedagem. A pessoa responsável pelo atendimento nos ressarciu uma parte dos valores de hospedagem, mas isso não compensa o transtorno com tempo perdido trocando de quarto e com as malas molhadas.
Hotel excelente, a moça que nos atendeu foi muito simpática. Café da manhã delicioso, até prepararam um box de lanche para levarmos na viagem de trem até Machu Pichu. Estacionamento seguro, deixamos o carro no hotel e fomos a pé até a praça, centro e Estação de Trem. Super recomendo.

Everything is impeccable. The room is clean, airy and well presented. As I wasn't feeling well, my breakfast was improvised one of the days of my stay and the hosts were graceful.
The hotel sits outside of town which isn't a problem as it is quite close, just something to consider. More than 20mins from the train station if going to Machu Picchu.
Very friendly staff, the bed was really nice, i felt like a royalty. My room had a beautifull view.

Fantastic accommodation, helpful and friendly family who ran it. They helped by also organising transfers and a tour. Good and plentiful breakfast

The property is well decorated and the family that run it are very kind. They try their best to help! We didn’t mind the distance (7-8 min walk) into the main square as it separates us from the busy centre, noise and traffic.
Dated rooms, missing basics like a mirror, and mould in our first room meant we had to request a move — only to end up next to the breakfast area, with early morning noise and a doorbell or ringtone waking us daily. Despite paying extra for a larger room, the space wasn’t noticeably bigger. The shower was hit and miss with hot water, and at checkout we were charged more for laundry than the 10 soles per kilo we’d been quoted. Overall the property doesn’t justify the price. Wouldn’t return.
